中文摘要	【目的】以围栏封育的伊犁绢蒿荒漠草地为对象,探讨群落多样性对封育年限的响应,提出蒿属荒漠草地合理的封育年限。【方法】选择未封育(W0)、封育3年(W1)、封育8年(W2)、封育11年(W3)4个梯度,测定与分析5月伊犁绢蒿群落的高度、盖度、密度及生物量。【结果】随着封育年限的增加,群落的平均高度呈明显增高(P <0.05),群落向高丛化方向发展;封育8年及11年的群落盖度显著高于封育3年及未封育群落(P<0.05);封育3年群落密度明显高于其他3个处理(P<0.05),生物量随封育年限的增加并没有显著差异(P>0.05)。群落中竞争力强的种群优势度得到提高,而竞争力弱的种群优势度先提高后降低。封育3年群落的多样性及丰富度显著高于其他群落,而群落均匀度间没有明显差异(P>0.05)。【结论】封育5?8年后进行放牧有利于维持草地多样性并获得较大生产力。
英文摘要	【Objective 】To study the impacts of different durations of grassland closure on community diversity of Seriphidium transiliense in desert grassland in order to explore appropriate duration for grassland closure for restoration.【Method】 Field experiments with four closure durations respectively of 0 year (WO), three years (W1),eight years (W2) and eleven years (W3) were measured on average height,coverage, density and biomass of the community of S. transiliense.【Result】 With the increase of closure duration, the average height of the community was significantly increased (P <0.05),the community tended to develop into high bushes; the coverage of community with 8 and 11 years of closure was significantly higher than those of the community with 3 years of closure and the control (P <0.05). The density of the community with 3 years of closure was significantly higher than those of the other three durations (P <0.05), while the biomass had no significant differences among the four communities (P >0.05). The dominances of high competitive species were improved and those of less competitive species were reduced. Community diversity and richness with 3 years of closure was significantly higher than those of the other communities,and there were no significant differences among community evenness (P >0.05).【Conclusion】 Grassland closed for restoration for 5 - 8 years was favorable to maintain the diversity of grassland and gain a greater productivity.
