中文摘要	【目的】比较不同扦插影响因素,对平欧杂种榛插穗生根性状的影响,筛选出适宜在新疆干旱区嫩枝扦插的处理组合。【方法】通过L_(27) (3~6)正交试验法,研究基质、品种、激素种类、激素浓度、插穗长度和激素处理时间对生根性状的影响。【结果】影响嫩枝扦插生根率的因素由高到低排序:插穗长度>激素处理时间>激素浓度>品种>基质>激素种类;影响插穗萌芽率由高到低排序:激素处理时间>插穗长度>激素浓度>基质>激素种类>品种,其中插穗长度和激素处理时间对生根率和萌芽率均有显著影响。【结论】基质为草炭土,品种为新榛3号,插穗长度为5 cm,经1 500 mg /L的IBA处理10 s,生根率和萌芽率分别为81.67%和60%。
英文摘要	【Objective】This research aims to compare the different kinds of cutting factors on the influence of the Corylus heterophylla Fisch. * Corylus avellana L. cuttings rooting characters and select the appropriate softwood cutting processing combination in arid areas in Xinjiang.【Method】By L_(27) (3~6) orthogonal test,study matrix,variety,hormone type,hormone concentration,length and time influence of cutting traits. 【Result】The order of cutting factors influence on rooting rate from high to low was: length > time > hormone concentration > variety > matrix > hormone type. Bud rate from high to low order was: time > length > hormone concentration > matrix > hormone type > variety. The cutting length and time significantly affected rooting rate and bud rate.【Conclusion】The matrix was turfy soil,the variety was new hazel three,and the length was 25 cm,by the 1,500 mg /L IBA treatment 10 s,rooting rate and germination rate,were 81.67% and 60%,respectively.
