中文摘要【目的】开展玉米螟田间药效研究及经济效益评价,为新疆荒漠绿洲生态区玉米螟的科学防治提供指导。【方法】对不同药剂的平均防效、挽回产量情况、用药成本、投入产出比和经济效益等进行比较分析,提出新疆荒漠绿洲生态区玉米螟田间防治的最佳使用药剂及用药量。【结果】20%氯虫苯甲酰胺(康宽)喷施4 mL/667m~2的防效、可挽回产量、纯增效益及投入产出比均最高,分别达95.29%、201.13元/667m~2和1:56.57。其次是45%甲维?虱螨脲(普克猛)水分散粒剂,喷施10 g/667m~2的防效、可挽回产量、纯增效益及投入产出比分别为92.10%、192.50 kg/667m~2、336.50元/667m~2和1:34.65。再次是阿维?氯苯酰(亮泰),喷施30 mL/667m~2的防效、可挽回产量、纯增效益则为92.60%、193.69 kg/667m~2和330.64元/ 667m~2。此外,撒施3%辛硫磷(掌声)、1%联苯?噻虫胺(家保福)、0.4%氯虫苯甲酰胺(科德抗)等颗粒剂则对玉米螟的防治效果较低,依次为60.39%、70.25%和79.28%。【结论】生产上玉米螟防治最佳使用的药剂种类及用药量为:20%氯虫苯甲酰胺(康宽)4 mL/667m~2、 45%甲维?虱螨脲(普克猛)水分散粒剂10 g/ 667m~2、阿维?氯苯酰(亮泰)30 mL/667m~2、24%甲氧虫酰肼(雷通)40 mL/667m~2、氯虫?高氯氟(福奇)12.5 mL/667m~2、氯虫?噻虫嗪(福戈)8 g/667m~2、22%噻虫?高氯氟(阿立卡)20 mL/667m~2。
英文摘要【Objective】 To study the control effects of Asian corn borer Pyrausta nubilalis in fields and economic benefit evaluation in order to provide guidance of scientific basis of controlling Asian corn borer in Xinjiang desert and oasis ecological zone.【Method】 By analysis and comparison of average control effect, the saved yield, insecticide cost, input - output ratio and economic benefit in different insecticides, so give the advice of how to best use of insecticide and dosage for control Asian corn borer in Xinjiang oasis ecological zone.【Result】20% chlorantraniliprole (Coragen) at dosage of 4 mL/667 m~2 was best in control effect, retrieved production, net increase benefit and input - output ratio, which reached to 95.29%, 201.13 kg/667 m~2, 355.63 Yuan/667 m~2 and 1-56.57. Proclaim Fit water dispersible granules at dosage of 10 g/667 m~2 was secondly best, which was 92.10%, 192.50 kg/667 m~2, 336.50 Yuan/667 m~2 and 1: 34.65. Abamectin and Chlorantraniliprole (Langat) at dosage of 30 mL/667 m~2 was thirdly best, which was 92.60%, 193.69 kg/ 667 m~2 and 330.64 Yuan/667 m~2,. Moreover, 3% phoxime (Zhangsheng), 1% bifenthrin and clothianidin (Jiabaofu) and 0.4% chlorantraniliprole (Kedekang) had poorly control effect by comparison, which was 60.39%, 70.25% and 79.28%, respectively.【Conclusion】 By compreh ensive consideration of factors such as control effect, retrieved production, insecticede cost and net increase benefit, best use of insecticede and the dosage of corresponding insecticede was proposed as follow: Coragen at dosage of 4 mL/667 m~2, Proclaim Fit water dispersible granules at dosage of 10 g/667 m~2, abamectin and chlorantraniliprole (Liangtai) at dosage of 30 mL/667 m~2, 24% Methoxyfenozide (Runner) at dosage of 40 mL/667 m~2, Chlorantraniliprole and beta - cyfluthrin (Ampligo) at dosage of 12.5 mL/667 m~2, Chlorantraniliprole amd Thiamethoxam (Virtako) 8 g/667 m~2, 22% Thiamethoxam and beta - cyfluthrin (Alika) 20 mL/667 m~2.
