民勤绿洲边缘固沙植物土壤养分及土壤生物学性质演变规律

中文摘要在民勤绿洲边缘,以林龄为30a左右的不同固沙植物和不同林龄的梭梭林为研究对象,测定和分析了表层土壤的养分、微生物数量和酶活性。结果表明:随着裸沙地植被的恢复,不同固沙植物土壤的养分含量、土壤微生物数量和土壤酶活性都表现出不同程度的增加。30a生梭梭林土壤有机质、全氮含量分别是裸沙地的2.93倍和10.0倍,细菌、放线菌和真菌数量分别是裸沙地的3.36,2.84,23.98倍,土壤脲酶活性、蔗糖酶活性、磷酸酶活性分别是裸沙地的3.26,5.65,1.51倍。各固沙植物土壤养分具有低氮、低磷、高钾的特点,且全钾含量差异不显著;土壤微生物数量和除全钾外的各养分含量都以梭梭林地最大;不同林龄梭梭林土壤微生物数量、土壤过氧化氢酶、脲酶、磷酸酶活性都以30a生梭梭林最大,40a生梭梭林地土壤氮素、钾素和有机质含量、微生物数量及土壤酶活性均有所下降。相关性研究表明,不同固沙植物土壤养分与微生物数量和酶活性之间有较好的相关性,它们相互制约、互相促进,对植物生长发育和土壤质量改善具有显著作用。
英文摘要This study selected different sand-fixing plants aged 30years and Haloxylon ammodendronforests of different stand ages in the fringe area of Minqin Oasis as the research objects to measure nutrient contents, microbial populations and enzyme activities of the topsoil.The results showed that soil nutrient contents, microbial populations and enzyme activities under different sand-fixing plants all increased to different extent with the vegetation restoration.In soil under Haloxylon ammodendron forest aged 30years,the organic matter and total nitrogen contents were 2.93times and 10times of those in the soil of bare sandy land, respectively,while the quantities of soil bacterial,fungal and actinomycete were 3.36times,2.84times and 23.98times,respectively,and the activities of urease,invertase and phosphatase were 3.26times,5.65 times and 1.51times,respectively.Under all sand-fixing plants,soil nutrients showed the characteristics of low N and P contents and high K content,with no significant difference in total K content.Soil microbial populations and the contents of soil nutrients,except total K content,were the highest in Haloxylon ammodendronforests. In Haloxylon ammodendron forests of different stand ages,soil microbial population and the activities of soil catalase,urease and phosphatease were all the greatest in forest aged 30years,while in forest aged 40years,the contents of soil N,K and OM,microbial population and enzyme activities decreased.The correlation analysis showed that soil nutrients under different sand-fixing plants,soil nutrient contents were well correlated with soil microbial population and enzyme activities,which restricted and promoted each other,and significantly improved the growth of plants and the quality of soil.
