中文摘要	以包头南海湿地为研究对象,研究寒旱区湿地冰封期的水环境特征。通过现场采集冰样和水样,分析其各项污染物在冰体和水体中的含量及分布特征。研究结果表明,湿地水体在结冰过程中,污染物由冰体向水体迁移,是冰封期湿地水体污染加重的原因之一;冰封期水体和冰体中各形态氮百分比差异较大,而磷污染物都以不溶性磷为主;水体中总氮含量与总磷含量显著相关;冰体中总氮含量、总磷含量分别与叶绿素a含量显著相关。
英文摘要	In order to explore the water environment characteristics in cold and arid regions during the icebound season, the experiments were done in Nanhai Lake, Baotou. By taking samples of the ice cores and water, concentrations and distribution characteristics of contaminants in both the ice and water were analyzed during the icebound season. The results showed that the contaminants migrated from the ice to the water in the icing process which explained why water pollution was aggravated in wetlands in the icebound season. The composition of different forms of nitrogen differed remarkably in both the ice and the water during the icebound season. While for phosphorus, insoluble phosphorus was mainly detected. Through the correlation analysis, the contents of total nitrogen showed significant relation with the contents of total phosphorous in the water. Contents of total nitrogen, total phosphorous and chlorophyll showed a medium correlation in the water. However in the ice, a remarkable correlation was found between any two of contents of total nitrogen, total phosphorous and chlorophyll-a.
