荒漠草地短花针茅种群年龄对放牧调控的响应机制

中文摘要种群结构是植物种群生态学研究的内容之一,对阐明草地生态系统种群特征、更新和稳定性具有重要意义。以内蒙古锡林郭勒盟苏尼特右旗荒漠草原的长期放牧控制实验为平台,通过研究荒漠草原建群种短花针茅(Stipa breviflora)种群年龄结构,试图揭示荒漠草地放牧调控下植物响应机制。结果表明:(1)重度放牧处理使各年龄段短花针茅密度与生物量降低,放牧对A4~A9阶段(21 mm<基径≤111 mm)短花针茅影响较明显,密度与生物量基本呈不放牧处理最高、适度放牧处理次之、重度放牧最低的规律;A1阶段(基径≤4 mm)短花针茅密度与生物量较低,A3阶段(11 mm<基径≤21 mm)、A4阶段 (21 mm<基径≤31 mm)、A5阶段(31 mm<基径≤41 mm)阶段数值较高;(2)短花针茅种群密度与生物量表现出不同的回归关系模式,重度放牧处理短花针茅密度与生物量呈正相关关系,不放牧处理为线性关系,适度放牧则为单峰曲线;仅重度放牧各年龄阶段密度与生物量表现为单峰曲线;(3)短花针茅种子第3天开始发芽,第10天各处理种子发芽率达到50%以上,分别于第3~6、9~11天出现发芽高峰,之后发芽趋于平缓;(4)重度放牧处理下短花针茅稳定性最高,适度放牧处理次之,不放牧处理最低。研究认为,短花针茅种群采取提高产种数及缓慢萌发的方式弥补放牧草地幼苗的高损失,并通过调控各年龄段短花针茅数量维持种群稳定性以来完成其生活史。
英文摘要Population structure is one of the content of plant population ecology. It is important significance to clarify the population characteristics, renewal and stability of grassland ecosystem. In this study, based on a long-term grazing control experiment platform of Sonid Right Banner, Xilingol, we tried to reveal the desert grassland grazing regulation mechanisms of plant response through desert grassland edificator population age structure. The results showed that heavy grazing will reduce the density and biomass of Stipa breviflora in each age. The effects of grazing on the A4 to A9 stage of S. breviflora is obvious. No grazing treatment was the highest, moderate grazing treatments was second and heavy grazing treatment was lowest. Density and biomass of S. breviflora in A1 stage was lower and in A3 stage, A4 stage, A5 stage was higher. S. breviflora population density and biomass showed different regression models, which density and biomass was positive correlation in heavy grazing, linear relationship in and a single peak curve in no grazing treatment. Only density and biomass within all kind age of S. breviflora in heavy grazing showed a single peak curve. S. breviflora seed start germination in the 3rd day and the germination rate reached more than 50% in the 10th day. There were two germination peak in 3 to 6 days, 9 days and 11 days. Then the germination tends to be gentle. Heavy grazing treatment of S. breviflora stability is the highest, moderate grazing treatments, no grazing treatment was the lowest.
