中文摘要	干旱缺水是影响河西走廊地区农业生产的主要制约因素,提高农户农业节水技术采用水平是应对干旱的重要措施之一,研究河西农户节水技术认知及其影响因素,科学分析农户节水技术选择行为,可以为提高农户农业节水技术采用水平和转变农户用水观念提供理论支持。依据对河西绿洲灌区武威的农户调查资料,应用最优尺度回归模型对农户采取节水行为主动性程度的影响因素进行定量分析。结果表明,农户的受教育程度、耕地面积、种植业收入占家庭总收入比重、水费占种植业支出比重、农户对新技术的态度对农户采纳节水行为主动性程度有显著正向影响,务工收入占家庭总收入比重对农户采纳节水行为主动性程度有显著负向影响。最后,从促进农户对节水技术的理性认知、加快土地整合以形成规模经营、政府积极引导与扶持农户选择节水技术等方面提出了增加农户采取节水行为主动性的建议。
英文摘要	Drought is the restraining factor affecting agricultural production of the Hexi Corridor region. Improving the farmers’ adoption level of agricultural water-saving technology is one of the important measures to cope with drought. The study on farmers’ awareness and its influencing factors of water-saving technology and the analysis of the choice behaviors of water-saving technology could improve the adoption level of farmer’s agricultural water-saving technology and provide the basis to change farmers’ understanding of irrigation. Based on the household survey data of Wuwei farmers in Irrigated oases of Hexi Corridor and applying the optimal scaling regression model, this paper analyzed the factors affecting farmers’ adoption of water-saving behaviors. Results show that education level, farmland location, crop income share of the gross household income, water cost share of the total production cost, and farmers’ attitudes towards new technology have significant positive influences on the initiative degree of farmers’ behavior of water saving. While the off-farm income share of the gross household income has a significant negative impact. This paper also provides the following suggestions to enhance farmers’ initiative of adopting water-saving technology, including increasing farmers’ awareness of water-saving technology, speeding up the land circulation and consolidation to promote large scale production, and the Government actively guiding and supporting farmers’ water saving technology.
