中文摘要 | 为了探索金川矿区土壤理化性质对土壤微生物的影响。在对金川矿区进行环境现状调查的基础上,根据区域环境,布设重污染区、缓冲区、人为干扰区和原生态区4区为研究区域,对4区域共有荒漠植物骆驼蓬和中亚紫菀木根际、非根际60个样点土壤理化性质与微生物数量进行相关性分析。结果表明:4个区土壤pH在8.09~9.04之间,属于弱碱性土壤;土壤电导率及3种重金属(Ni、Cu、Cr)含量按重污染区(旧尾矿坝、尾矿坝)、缓冲区(矿山公园、废渣堆外100 m)、人为干扰区(农田土壤)、原生态区(下四分)均有依次减小的趋势;土壤中可培养微生物数量为21*10~5~2.63*10~5 cfu/g,其中重污染区尾矿坝微生物数量最多,细菌数量为20.25*10~5 cfu/g,真菌数量为11.47*10~5 cfu/g。影响金川矿区微生物生长的主要因素是土壤的pH和重金属含量。在重污染区骆驼蓬根际,土壤pH与可培养细菌数量完全负相关,在人为扰动区土壤pH与可培养细菌数量完全正相关。矿区土壤中适度的Ni和Cu协同促进微生物的生长。 |
英文摘要 | In order to understand the influence of soil physical and chemical properties of soil in Jinchuan mining area, based on the investigation of environmental status,four research regions were set up including heavy pollution area,buffer zone,human disturbance area,and original ecological zone in the mining area. Correlation analysis was conducted between soil physicochemical properties and microbial communities at 60 soil samples from rhizospherhe and non -rhizosphere of Peganum harmala Linn. and Asterothamnus centraliasiaticus Novopokr which were the same desert plants in four areas. The result showed that the soil was weak alkaline and pH were in the range of 8.09 ~9.04 in the study areas. The electrical conductivity (EC)and three heavy metals (Ni,Cu,Cr)contents showed a downward trend in order of pollution level from large to small corresponding to heavy pollution area(old tailings dam,tailings dam),buffer zone(mining park,100 m from waste field),human disturbance area(farmland)and original ecological zone(Xia sifen). The cultivable microbial population is in the range of 21.00*105~2.63*10~5 cfu/g,in which the largest number of microbes is in tailings dam of heavy pollution area,with the number of bacteria as 20.25*10~5 cfu/g,and fungi as 11.47*10~5 cfu/g. The main factor affecting the growth of microorganism was pH and heavy metal of the soil. pH of soil is relevant to microbial quantity at the rhizosphere of Peganum harmala Linn. negatively in heavy pollution area,and positively in human disturbance area. Ni and Cu in the soil of mining area promote the growth of microorganism moderately. |
