中文摘要 | 建立了以固相萃取(SPE)、气相色谱-三重四级杆串联质谱法(GC/MS/MS)测定地表水中16种有机磷农药(organophosphorus pesticides,OPPs)残留的方法。用Bond Elut C18和Oasis HLB固相萃取柱净化富集水样,优化色谱和质谱条件参数,在多反应监测模式下进行定性、定量分析。结果表明,该方法可以有效富集16种OPPs,回收率在46.1%~117.2%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)在1.1%~15.8%之间;检出限范围为0.09~0.82 ng/L,结果准确可靠,具有极高的灵敏度和准确度,满足地表水水质监测的需要,尤其在痕量分析中具有更广泛的应用。 |
英文摘要 | Methods of solid phase extraction and gas chromatography coupled with triple quadrupole mass spectrometry were established to determine 16 kinds of organophosphorous pesticides in surfacewater. Water samples were cleaned-up and enriched by Bond Elut C18 and Oasis HLB solid-phase extraction cartridges. The parameters of chromatography and mass spectrometry were studied to obtain the optimal conditions for qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis in multiple reactions monitoring (MRM)mode. The results show this method could detect 16 kinds of organophosphorous pesticides except methamidophos. Recoveries were in the range of 46.1%~117.2%(RSD:1.1%~15.8%) and the detection limits varied from 0.09 to 0.82 ng/L when the sample volumes was 500 mL. The methods of SPE-GC/MS/MS have higher sensitivity and accuracy in trace analysis of organophosphorous pesticides residue of surfacewater and meet the requirement of water monitoring. |
