中文摘要 | 以黑河中游沙质荒漠生态系统丘间低地和沙丘为研究对象,采用陷阱捕获法对地面节肢动物群落进行了系统定位研究,利用重复测定方差分析、perMANOVA和RDA排序定量分析了丘间低地和沙丘地面节肢动物群落分布差异及环境因子的关系。结果表明: 沙丘与丘间低地地面节肢动物动物群落组成明显不同,丘间低地地面节肢动物群落多样性和均匀度显著高于沙丘,而活动密度变化刚好相反。不同地面节肢动物类群对丘间低地和沙丘变化的响应模式不同,丘间低地拟步甲科活动密度显著低于沙丘,而丘间低地赤螨科活动密度显著高于沙丘。地面节肢动物群落与环境因子的排序结果表明,土壤粘粉粒含量、草本盖度和生物量是影响地面节肢动物群落分布的主要环境因子,3个因子解释了72.0%的动物群落变异。 |
英文摘要 | Interdune lowland and sand dune play a key role in maintaining diversity of plant and animals in a sandy ecosystem. Up to now,relatively fewer studies have explored the distribution of ground arthropod community composition and diversity in a sandy desert ecosystem. The composition and diversity of ground arthropod communities were investigated by using pitfall trapping method at interdune lowland and sand dune of sandy ecosystem, middle Heihe River basin. Main findings of our study were as follows. There were obvious differences in the composition and diversity of ground arthropod communities between interdune lowland and sand dune by Per-MANOVA. Diversity and evenness indices at interdune lowland were significantly higher than those of at sand dune by repeated measures of ANOVA,and an opposite rule on the activity density of ground arthropod between sand dune and interdune lowland. There was difference on activity density of various ground arthropods between interdune lowland and sand dune. The activity density of Tenebrionidaeat at sand dune was significantly more than that at interdune lowland,and the activity density of Erythraeidae at interdune lowland was more than that at sand dune by repeated measures of ANOVA. RDA (Redundancy analysis) and partial RDA demonstrated that key environmental factors affecting ground arthropod distribution were silt and clay content,grass coverage and grass biomass,those 3 factors explained 72% variation of arthropod community. |
