中文摘要2013年夏季,内蒙古中西部干旱- 半干旱区多次出现极端降水事件,引发气象灾害。为探寻其特征及成因,选择6·30、7·14两次典型极端降水事件,从天气尺度系统、中尺度对流系统、热力动力条件、水汽来源等方面进行对比分析,得到以下结论: ①6·30暴雨是华北小高压前的切变线产生; 7·14暴雨是北槽南涡与台风北上共同作用的结果。② 两次暴雨都是中尺度对流复合体(MCS)发展的结果。6·30暴雨突发性强,具有局地特点; 7·14暴雨具有列车效应,持续时间长。③ 两次暴雨水汽来源不同。6·30暴雨水汽来源于南海;7·14暴雨是北槽南涡加上远距离台风输送的结果。④6·30暴雨是高压切变线西侧干、东侧湿,在锋区附近产生上升运动促发不稳定能量释放; 高空干侵入是7·14暴雨的促发机制。⑤ 东亚夏季风偏强,西北太平洋副热带高压脊线位置偏北,是内蒙古中西部干旱- 半干旱区极端降水事件的重要原因。
英文摘要In summer 2013,there were multiple occurrences of extreme precipitation events in the arid and semiarid zones of Inner Mongolia,thus the meteorological disasters were triggered. In order to investigate their characteristics and causes,the rainstorms occurred on June 30 and July 14 were chosen as two typical extreme precipitation events to analyze. The two processes were compared in terms of synoptic scale systems,mesoscale convective systems,thermal dynamic conditions,water vapor sources,etc. Conclusions are as follows: ① The rainstorm occurred on June 30 was caused by the shear line of north small high pressure,and that occurred on July 14 was jointly affected by a trough over the north,a vortex over the south and a typhoon northward; ② Both of them were caused by the development of mesoscale convective complex (MCS). The rainstorm occurred on June 30 had the characteristics of sudden outburst and occurrence in local area. The rainstorm occurred on July 14 had a train effect and long duration; ③ The water vapor sources of the two rainstorms were different: water vapor of the rainstorm occurred on June 30 was from South China Sea,but the one occurred on July 14 was affected jointly by a trough over the north,a vortex over the south and a typhoon northward; ④ Trigger mechanisms of the two rainstorms were different: the main reasons for the rainstorm occurred on June 30 were that it was dry on the west side of high shear line but wet on the east side,and the unstable energy was released under the upward motion near the frontal zone. Thedry intrusionwas the trigger mechanism of the rainstorm occurred on July 14; ⑤ Summer monsoon is strong in East Asia,and the northwest Pacific subtropical ridge is northward. Both of them are the important reasons resulting in the extreme rainstorms in the arid and semiarid zones in west Inner Mongolia.
