中国西北水地春小麦基因型与环境互作及其产量稳定性分析

中文摘要【目的】研究我国西北地区水地春小麦基因型与环境的交互作用及其产量的稳定性,为我国西北水地春小麦高效生产提供相关依据.【方法】对2009-2010年由16个试点、15个新品种(系)组成的中国西北水地春小麦区域试验的产量资料进行方差分析和GGE分析.【结果】在我国西北水地春小麦生产区,基因型与环境互作效应对产量变异的影响约为品种效应的4.68倍,品种间丰产性、稳产性均较理想的品种占供试品种的40%,其中稳产性差异较大,但部分品种仍对环境具有一定的特殊适应性.16个试点可划分为3个类型区,其中在宁夏平罗(E_8)为代表的河套平原灌溉区表现最好的品种分别是宁春47(G_6)、C78(G_8)和巴丰6(G_9),以青海西宁(E_(10))为代表的青藏高原寒旱区表现最好的品种银春8(G_(10)),以甘肃会宁(E_4)为代表的黄土高原中部旱作区表现最好的品种蒙鉴11(G_(12)).从环境代表性和对品种鉴别能力两方面分析,环境代表性较理想的试点是青海西宁(E_(10)).鉴别力较好的是新疆塔城(E_(14))、新疆焉耆(E_(15))、宁夏平罗(E_8)、内蒙古巴盟(E_1)、青海西宁(E_(10))、新疆温泉(E_(16))、青海平安(E_(11))等.【结论】共筛选出甘春357786(G_1)、陇春25(G_2)、E32-1(G_3)、陇春(G_5)、C78(G_8)、和银春8(G_(10))高产、稳产性较好的6个品系,宁春47(G_6)在个别试点表现优异;水地春小麦试点中代表性最好的是青海西宁(E10).
英文摘要【Objective】In order to research the interaction between spring wheat genotype and Environment(G*E-interaction)and the yield stability on irrigated land in northwest of China to provide reference basis for efficient production of the irrigated spring wheat in northwest of China.【Method】The regional test for spring wheat was carried out on irrigated land in northwest of China in 2009-2010which was made up of 15new varieties genotypes(lines)and 16regional sites and the yield data was analyzed by AVONA methods and GGE-Biplot.【Result】The results indicated that the effect of G*E-interaction on yield variation was about 4.68times as that of genotype.The genotypes with high yield and yield stability accounted for only 40% of the total tested genotypes,the yield stability varied greatly among different genotypes,but some genotypes showed special adaptability to the environment.The 16 test sites could be divided into three types.G_6,G_8 and G_9 spring wheat were the best genotypes in the yellow river irrigation area in Hetao plain represented by Ningxia PingLuo(E_8).G_(10) was the best genotype in arid and cold regions of the Tibetan Plateau represented by Qinghai Xining(E_(10)).G_(12) was the best genotype in arid regions of the loess plateau represented by Huining,Gansu province(E_4).In terms of discriminability and environmental representativeness, Xining city of Qinghai was the test site with ideal environmental representativeness and the following sites with good discriminability for wheat strains including Tacheng of Xinjiang(E_(14)),Yanqi of Xinjiang(E_(15)),Pingluo of Ningxia(E_8),Bameng of Inner Mongolia(E1),Xining of Qinghai(E_(10)),Wenquan of Xinjiang(E_(16))and Pingan of Qinghai(E_(11)).【Conclusion】Six varieties with high yield and yield stability were screened including Ganchun357786(G_1),Longchun25(G_2),E32-1(G_3),Longchun(G_5),C78(G_8)and Yinchun 8(G_(10))and Ningchun 47(G_6)was the best genotype in some regional sites.Qinghai Xining(E_(10)) was considered to have the best environmental representativeness in the test sites for the irrigated spring wheat.
