中文摘要	【目的】针对陇东地区热量资源一季有余,两季不足的特点,筛选适宜在陇东旱塬种植的高水分利用效率和高光合效率的复种玉米品种.【方法】通过田间试验,比较研究油菜收获后复种德美亚1号德美亚2号 CX350金顿302新玉40新玉546个玉米品种的光合生理特性及产量和水分利用效率.【结果】6个玉米品种的叶面积指数和叶片叶绿素SPAD值均表现为德美亚2号最大;6个品种开花后的净光合速率(Pn)和气孔导度(Gs)均随生育进程的推进而逐渐降低,其中在花后50d内德美亚1号和德美亚2号的Pn和Gs始终高于其他品种.6个品种胞间CO_2浓度(Ci)随生育进程的推进而逐渐增加,其中金顿302在花后50d内具有较高的Ci,最高达306.7mumol/mol,且该品种干物质积累量显著高于其他品种.百粒质量和产量均为德美亚2号最大,较最小的金顿302分别高20.23%和16.50%.【结论】综合以上指标,认为德美亚品种是当地首选的复种玉米品种,其次可选新玉系列品种.
英文摘要	【Objective】In arid platrau of Eastern Gansu,the thermal resources is insufficient to plant two crops a year.The study aimed to choose high water use efficiency and high photosynthesis maize variesies to suit the climatic feature.【Method】A field experiment was conducted to evaluate photosynthetic physiological characteristics,yield and water use efficiency of the different multiple cropping in 6maize cultivars in Eastern Gansu of China.【Result】The maize leaf area index and leaf chlorophyll SPAD values of Demeiya 2were higher than that of other varieties.The net photosynthetic rate(Pn)and stomatal conductance(Gs)decreased with the growth processes from the 50th day after anthesis.The Pnand GsofDemeiya 1andDemeiya 2were always higher than that of other cultivars.The intercellular CO_2 concentration(Ci)increased gradually with growth processes.The CiofJindun 302was 306.7mumol/mol and the dry matter accumulation were all significantly higher than that of other culticars after anthesis.The largest 100-grain weigh and yield wasDemeiya 2,while the lowest wasJindun 302,and the 100-grain weigh and yield ofDemeiya 2increased by 20.23%and 16.50%thanJindun 302,respectively.【Conclusion】 It is suggested thatDemeiyaare suitable maize cultivars to the local multiple cropping.
