封育年限对蒿类荒漠土壤有机碳组分及其碳、氮特征的影响

中文摘要为探明封育条件下草地土壤有机碳组分的响应规律,研究了不同封育年限(0、1、6、9年)对伊犁绢蒿(Seriphidium transiliense)荒漠土壤颗粒碳(POC)、颗粒氮(PON)、轻组碳(LFOC)、轻组氮(LFON)、微生物生物量碳(MBC)、微生物生物量氮(MBN)的影响。结果表明,伊犁绢蒿荒漠0-5、5-10cm土层POC、PON、LFOC、LFON含量均随封育年限的增加呈先下降再上升趋势,封育6年最低,且仅0-5cm土层显著低于对照和封育9年处理(P<0.05);除封育6年10-20、30-50cm土层LFOC及30-50cm土层LFON显著低于封育1年外,10-50cm土层各封育处理间POC、PON、LFOC、LFON均差异不显著(P>0.05);0-30cm土层MBC、MBN含量随封育年限增加基本呈先降再升趋势,封育1年最低,且除5-10cm土层MBC外,均显著低于封育9年处理;POC、PON、LFOC、LFON、MBC、MBN间呈显著正相关(P<0.05),且PON能够较好地反映土壤质量变化。总之,0-5cm土层土壤有机碳组分碳、氮含量对封育的响应较为敏感,且土壤MBC、MBN较POC、PON、LFOC、LFON在土壤中的反应更为迅速。
英文摘要In order to explore the response of soil organic carbon components to enclosure in rangeland,the soil particulate organic carbon(POC),particulate organic nitrogen(PON),light fraction organic carbon(LFOC), light fraction organic nitrogen (LFON),microbial biomass carbon (MBC)and microbial biomass nitrogen (MBN)of Seriphidium transiliense desert after different enclosure years(including 0year,1years,6years and 9years)were studied.The results showed that the POC,PON,LFOC and LFON contents in soil layer of 0- 5and 5-10cm in S.transiliense desert firstly decreased then increased with the increase of enclosure years which reached minimum after 6-year enclosure.Only POC,PON,LFOC and LFON contents in 0-5cm soil layer after 6-year enclosure were significantly lower than those of the control(0year)and after 9year enclosure. Except with that LFOC contents in 10-20cm,30-50cm soil layers and LFON content in 30-50cm soil layer after 6-year enclosure were significantly lower than those after 1year enclosure,there was no signifi cantly difference between different enclosure years for POC,PON,LFOC,LFON contents in 10-50cm soil. The MBC and MBN contents in 0-30cm soil firstly decreased then increased with the increase of enclosure years which reached minimum after 1year enclosure.Except with MBC content in 5-10cm soil layers,all other indices were significantly lower than those after 9years enclosure.There was significantly positive correlation among POC,PON,LFOC,LFON,MBC and MBN,especially PON could more accurately reflect the soil quality changes.In conclusion,carbon and nitrogen content of soil organic carbon components in 0-5cm soil were more sensitive to enclosure and the soil microbial biomass carbon and nitrogen response more quickly.
