中文摘要	针对牛奶中羟氨苄青霉素(Amoxicyllin)等14种beta-内酰胺类兽药残留量的测定,并进行了提取,净化方法,色谱条件,质谱条件的摸索和研究,形成了能够达到残留检测要求的多残留检测确证方法。其中beta-内酰胺类兽药残留用乙腈提取,提取液经旋转蒸发至除去乙腈后,加入磷酸盐缓冲溶液,用浓度为0.1 mol/L氢氧化钠调节pH值为8.5,通过经过预处理的oasis HLB固相萃取柱,依次用磷酸盐缓冲溶液、超纯水淋洗,用乙腈洗脱。结果表明:方法的检出限和精度均能够达到牛奶中兽药残留检测的要求,并且可作为确证方法。
英文摘要	A multiresidue method for determination and confirmation of 14 beta-lactam veterinary medicine residues with Amoxicyllin,Ampicillin,Cloxacillin,Dicloxacillin,Nafcillin,Oxacillin,Penicillin G,Penicillin V,Azlocillin,Methicillin,Phenethicillin,Cefalexin,Cefapirin,Cefazolin in milk were developed. A method described in this paper has been researched for the exaction,clean-up,HPLC and MS/MS parameters. beta-lactam veterinary medicine residues in samples are extrated with acetonitrile. Remove the acetonitrile with rotary evaporator,add phosphate buffer solution to retained exaction,adjust pH to 8.5 with 0.1 mol/L sodium hydroxide solution. Transfer the exation to the oasis HLB cartridge,wash orderly with phosphate buffer solution and water,elute the oasis HLB cartridge with acetonitrile. Dry the eluting solution with N_2. Dissolve the residue with phosphate buffer solution,filter the solution with filter membrane. The solution is analyzed by Lc-MS/MS,using external standard method.
