中文摘要[目的]探讨四种盐分胁迫对梭梭种子萌发及其耐受性的影响,明确梭梭种子对盐分的适应性,为盐碱化荒漠区梭梭的种植栽培及开发利用、扩大梭梭的种植范围等提供理论依据。[方法]采用四种盐分NaCl、 NaHCO_3、Na_2CO_3、Na_2SO_4,7个浓度梯度0.5%、1%、2%、3%、4%、5%、6%,对梭梭种子进行盐胁迫处理,测定其种子发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数和活力指数等。[结果]随四种盐分浓度的增加梭梭种子的发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数、活力指数均呈下降趋势。NaCl、NaHCO_3、Na_2CO_3三种盐分的浓度为1.0%、Na_2SO_4为2.0%时的发芽势、发芽率、活力指数均与对照无显著差异,表明梭梭种子萌发时耐盐的种类及适应性有所不同;随着盐分浓度的增加,发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数、活力指数降低的幅度因盐分种类不同而异。梭梭种子萌发时最大耐受盐分的浓度各异,分别为NaCl 4%、Na_2SO_4 6%、Na_2CO_3 3%、NaHCO_3 4%。[结论]梭梭种子萌发对Na_2CO_3非常敏感,是抑制梭梭种子萌发的主要盐分,其次是NaHCO_3和NaCl,Na_2SO_4的抑制作用最小。
英文摘要[Objective]To study the effects of four salt stresses on the seed germination of Haloxylon ammodendron, to make clear the salt adaptability of Haloxylon ammodendron seeds and to provide a theoretical basis for cultivation and utilization Haloxylon ammodendron in the salinization desert region in the hope of expanding the planting range.[Method]The Haloxylon ammodendron seeds were put under the salt stress using NaCl,NaHCO_3,Na_2CO_3 and Na_2SO_4 with the same concentration as 0.5%,1%,2%,3%,4%,5% and 6% to measure the seed germination rate,germination potential,germination index and vigor index,etc.[Result ]The results showed that seed germination potential,germination rate,germination index and vigor index decreased with the increasing of four salt concentrations. When the concentration of NaCI,NaHCO_3,Na_2CO_3 salt was 1%,Na_2SO_4 was 2%,the germination potential,germination rate and vigor index showed no significant difference with the control. All these demonstrated that the salt types and the adaptability of salt tolerance were different during seed germination of Haloxylon ammodendron. With the increasing of salt concentration, the germination potential,germination rate,germination index,the amplitude fo the vigor index varied because of the various kinds of salt. During seed germination of Haloxylon ammodendron,the different maximum tolerance of salt concentrations was different:,NaCl 4%,Na_2SO_4 6%,Na_2CO_3 3% and NaHCO_3 4%.[Conclusion ]Seed germination was very sensitive to the NaCO_3,which was the major salt that inhibited the seed germination of Haloxylon ammodendron,followed by NaHCO_3 and NaC1,Na_2SO_4 with the least inhibitory effect.
