中文摘要【目的】探究外源ABA对新疆荒漠地区植物藜和灰绿藜种子萌发及幼苗生长的调控作用。【方法】以藜和灰绿藜种子为材料,研究不同浓度(0、0.5、1.0、5.0、10.0 mumol/L) ABA长时间(直播)与短时间(浸种)处理对上述两种种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响。【结果】外源ABA在低浓度下可促进藜种子萌发,对灰绿藜种子萌发无显著影响;高浓度ABA对两种种子萌发均起到抑制作用。不同浓度的ABA在直播及浸种处理下对藜幼苗生长均有促进作用,浸种处理对灰绿藜幼苗有不显著的促进但直播处理显著抑制其幼苗生长;高浓度(10.0 mumol/L)短时间(浸种)处理对两种植物的幼苗生长均有促进效应,而高浓度长时间(直播)处理效果则相反。【结论】ABA做为胁迫因素在短时间内对两种藜科抗逆植物的种子萌发和幼苗生长均有促进效应,而长时间作用则使两种植物产生不同的适应策略,这种差异可能由于两种种子大小不同所导致。
英文摘要【Objective】This paper aims to explore the effect of exogenous abscisic acid(ABA) on seed germination and seedling growth of Chenopodium album and C. glaucum,which live in desert area in Xinjiang.【Method】In present study,the experiments were conducted with direct seed-sowing(as long-time treatment) and pre-soaking(as short-time treatment) of seeds of two species of C. album and C. glaucum under different concentrations(0,0.5,1.0,5.0,10.0 mumol /L) of ABA. 【Result】Lower concentrations of ABA could promote seed germination of C. Album rather than that of C. Glaucum. High concentrations of ABA inhibited the seed germination both. Different concentrations of ABA could all promote the seedling growth of C. album no matter under direct seed-sowing treatment or pre-soaking treatment; For C. Glaucum, seedling growth was promoted with pre-soaking treatment whereas inhibited significantly with direct seed-sowing treatment. Pre-soaking treatment of high concentrations of ABA(10.0 mumol /L) could enhance seedling growth in both kinds of seeds,however,which was restrained under high concentrations of ABA(10.0 mumol /L) in direct seed-sowing treatment. 【Conclusion】ABA as a stress factor could promote the seed germination and seedling growth of two kinds of seeds in short time treatment. However,under long time treatment,different adaptation strategies were generated as:C. album decreased the seed germination but maintained seedling growth ability,whereas C. glaucum decreased the seedling growth but displayed high germination percentage.
