中文摘要 | 沙冬青是亚洲荒漠唯一的常绿阔叶灌木,目前处于濒临灭绝的境地,准确掌握沙冬青的空间分布将有助于其生境保护和物种恢复。采用ASD FieldSpec便携式光谱仪测定新疆沙冬青和蒙古沙冬青的叶片反射率,利用一阶导数和倒高斯模型提取沙冬青的高光谱特征,以探究冬季识别新疆沙冬青群落主要物种的可行性以及2种沙冬青的光谱特征差异。结果表明: ① 1月,新疆沙冬青仍具有绿色植物的基本光谱特征,与其群落中的膜果麻黄和琵琶柴光谱反射率在近红外波段(780 ~ 1 300 nm)具有明显差异,反射率之差最高可达33%。因此,选择冬季进行沙冬青的遥感识别是可行的; ②新疆沙冬青和蒙古沙冬青的光谱反射率曲线波形相似,"红边"位置分别为720 nm和719 nm; ③ 倒高斯模型可很好地模拟红边区域的光谱特征,模拟结果表明2种沙冬青均存在"蓝移"现象,且新疆沙冬青的"蓝移"偏量大于蒙古沙冬青,说明引种环境对沙冬青的生长有胁迫。 |
英文摘要 | Ammopiptanthus is the only specie of evergreen broad-leaved shrub in desert ecosystem of Asia,and now is on the brink of extinction. By means of objects spectrum characteristics, remote sensing provides an effective approach to identify species and monitor plant growth status. However, few studies on the spectral properties of Ammopiptanthus is available in the scientific literature. In this study, the leaves spectral reflectance characteristics of A. nanus and A. monogolicus were systematically analyzed based on the spectral data acquired with the ASD Field- Spec portable spectrometer, in order to explore the feasibility of using remote sensing images of winter to recognize Ammopiptanthus,and compare the differences of spectral characteristics between the two species of Ammopiptanthus. The common characteristics of spectral reflectance were analyzed after removing the vapor absorption bands,and then the parameters of red edge were extracted using the first derivative method and Inverted-Gaussian model. Results indicate that: ① In January,Ammopiptanthus nanus keeps the spectral features of green vegetation. There is significant differences between Ephedra przewalskii and Reaumuria soongorica in near infrared band (780 - 1 300 nm),and the difference is 33%. Thus, remote sensing images that taken in winter can be used to identify desert species; ② A. nanus and A. monogolicus have similar spectral curve shape,but their red edge position is different. The red edge position of A. nanus is in 720 nm,while another is in 719 nm; ③ Inverted-Gaussian model simulated the spectrum characteristics of red edge area very well,and simulation results suggest that there are"blue edge shift"in both species of Ammopiptanthus. The offset of"blue edge shift"in A. nanus is larger than A. monogolicus,which means the environment of Turpan Botanical Garden has stress on Ammopiptanthus’s growth. |
