中文摘要应用超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法(UPLC-MS/MS)建立了环境水体中27种典型EDCs的分析方法。通过对固相萃取柱、淋洗液、流动相等的优化,确定以Oasis HLB固相萃取柱、二氯甲烷/丙酮(85:15,V/V)为淋洗液、0.1%氨水/乙腈(7:3,V/V)为流动相做水样预处理。在最优条件下,目标物在水中回收率约85.1%~119.8%,相对标准偏差(RSDs)在5.1%~11%,线性范围均在0.1~1000 mug/L,各目标物标准品在UPLC-MS/MS系统中线性相关导致(R~2)均大于0.997,检出限(S/N=3)为0.15~0.65 mug/L,定量限(S/N=10)为0.20~0.81 mug/L 。该方法可适用于环境水中27种EDCs的同时检测。
英文摘要An analytical method for simultaneous determination of 27 typical EDCs (Endocrine Disrupting Chemicals) in environmental water samples was developed by ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC-MS/MS). Oasis HLB solid phase extraction column, dichloromethane/acetone (85:15, V/V) as washing solution, 0.1% ammonia solution/acetonitrile (7:3, V/V) as the mobile phase were selected for sample pretreatment and chromatographic separation. Based on the optimized sample pretreatment procedures and separation condition, the target recoveries ranged from 85.1% to 119.8% in water with the relative standard deviations (RSDs) from 5.1% to 11%, and the linear range from 0.1 to 1000 mug/L with correlation coefficients (R~2) not less than 0.997. The limits of detection (LOD) ranged from 0.15 mug/L to 0.69 mug/L and the limits of quantification (LOQ) from 0.20 mug/L to 0.81 mug/L. The method can be applied to simultaneous determination of 27 typical EDCs in environmental water due to low detection limit, high recoveries and wide linear range. It can provide support and help for the related research on water environmental risk assessment and control of the micro-organic pollutants.
