广西大石山区农业干旱成因分析及脆弱性评价

中文摘要广西大石山区水资源丰富,降雨量大,但干旱灾害频发,灾情呈加重趋势。从坡耕地面积比、水土流失、降雨时空分布、控制性水源工程、水资源利用率和抗旱能力等方面对其进行了成因分析。用基于熵权的模糊综合评价法对承灾体脆弱性进行了分析,从自然生境、社会、经济三个方面选取了17个评价指标,对其干旱脆弱度进行了评估。结果表明:广西大石山区的干旱脆弱度大小与旱灾风险指数大小呈正相关关系,旱灾风险指数大的其干旱脆弱度一般较重,而影响其干旱脆弱度大小的主要指标包括岩溶面积比、土地石漠化率、坡耕地面积比、林草覆盖率、农田灌溉率、人均有效库容、抗旱应急送水设施规模和城镇化水平等,阐明了广西大石山区的干旱成因,为降低该区域的干旱脆弱度,增强抵御旱灾风险能力,有针对性地采取治理措施和对策提供了依据。
英文摘要The Dashi mountainous area of Guangxi is rich in water resources and high in rainfall,but drought disasters occur frequently and are getting worse. This paper analyzed the causes from the aspects of the area ratio of slope farmland,soil erosion,the spatiotemporal distribution of rainfall,controllability water projects,utilization ratio of water resources,and drought resistance capacity,etc. Using 17 evaluation indices selected from three aspects of natural,social and economic environment,the vulnerability of the hazard-bearing body was analyzed using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based on entropy,and the drought vulnerability in the study area was assessed. Results show that,drought vulnerability size and drought risk index size are positively correlated in the Guangxi’ Dashi mountainous area,i. e.,drought vulnerability is generally more severe if drought risk index is larger. Main indices which affect drought vulnerability include karst area ratio,land desertification rate,slope farmland ratio,forest coverage rate,irrigation rate,effective reservoir capacity per capita,drought emergency water supply facility size and level of urbanization etc. This study explored the drought causes of Guangxis Dashi mountainous area,and provided a basis for taking effective control measures,reducing the vulnerability of drought and strengthening the drought risk resistant ability.
