刈割对驼绒藜光合及水分生理状况的影响

中文摘要对草原化荒漠中自然分布的驼绒藜进行刈割处理后,通过测定光合生理和水分生理指标,分析和探讨了刈割对驼绒藜补偿性光合作用及水分生理状况的影响。结果表明:刈割处理减小了驼绒藜的气孔限制值,提高了净光合速率、气孔导度和蒸腾速率,其中净光合速率日均值为12.17mumol/m~2·s,比对照提高了16%,出现了补偿性光合作用;刈割处理驼绒藜的叶片水势和叶片相对含水量均显著高于对照,而叶片水分饱和亏显著低于对照。由此表明,在草原化荒漠干旱气候环境下,经刈割处理的驼绒藜能保持较好的水分状况,有利于碳固定和有机物合成。
英文摘要In order to analyze the impacts of mowing on the compensatory photosynthesis and water physiology of Ceratoides latens, which is distributing in the steppe desert, the photosynthetic index and water physiological index were investigated after the treatment of mowing during the growth season. The results showed that: ①the stomata limitation of Ceratoides latens was decreased, while the net photosynthetic rate, stomata conductance and transpiration rate were increased in the treatment of mowing. The daily average net photosynthetic rate (Pn) in the treatment of mowing was 12.17umol·m~(-2)·s~(-1), which was 16% higher than that of control, resulting in the over-compensatory photosynthesis. ②The leaf water potential and leaf relative water content of Ceratoides latens in the treatment of mowing were significantly higher than that of control. However, the leaf water saturation deficit was significantly lower compared with control. It suggested that in the arid steppe desert climate, mowing treatment benefits to the water conservation, carbon sequestration and organic synthesis of Ceratoides latens.
