中文摘要	【目的】水通道蛋白(aquap0rin,AQP)是水分跨细胞膜转运的关键调节因子,然而水通道蛋白在干旱区动物组织细胞表达的研究很少。探讨水通道蛋白在干旱区动物水液代谢中的作用。【方法】采用常规H. E.染色观察塔里木兔(Lepusyarcandensis)肝脏组织学结构,并采用免疫组织化学方法(immunohistochemistry,IHC)检测AQP1和AQP4在肝脏中的分布位置及表达。【结果】AQP1在肝血窦表达,尤其在肝窦内皮细胞,以及门静脉和血细胞均有表达。AQP4分布在胆小管和小叶间胆管上皮细胞基底面和侧面。【结论】塔里木兔肝脏水通道蛋白参与肝血窦与肝细胞之间水的转运,并且在肝细胞生成胆汁及胆管排泌胆汁的过程中负责了水的转运。
英文摘要	【Objective】Aquaporin (AQP) is the key regulator of water channels across the cell cytoplasm. Little is known about AQP cellular localization in animal in the arid area. This study aims to understand the role of AQP in water metabolism of animal in the arid area.【Method】The histological structure of livers was observed by using H. E staining methods and the expressions of AQP1 and AQP4 in livers were detected by using the method of immunohistochemistry.【Result】 AQP1 was localized in hepatic sinusoids, especially on the liver sinusoidal endothelial cells, portal vein, and blood cells. AQP4 was localized in basal membrane of bile canaliculus and interlobular cholangiocytes.【Conclusion】 AQP played a very important role in water transport between hepatocyte and hepatic sinusoids in livers of Yarkand Hares. And AQP was responsible for the water transport in the secretion of bile by the liver and the excretion of bile by bile duct.
