中文摘要[目的]采用液相色谱-紫外检测器(HPLC-UV)建立测定玉米中丁虫腈残留的分析方法。[方法]玉米籽粒样品用乙腈提取,Oasis HLB固相萃取柱净化,HPLC-UV法检测。[结果]丁虫腈在0.02~10 mg/kg范围内呈良好线性,相关系数≥0.999 1;丁虫腈的检测限(LOD)和定量限(LOQ)分别为0.01 mg/kg和0.02 mg/kg。在0.02、0.1、0.5 mg/kg三个添加水平下,平均添加回收率为81.3%~104.3%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为4.1%~5.4%。[结论]在玉米乳熟期和成熟期时,采用该方法检测玉米籽粒中丁虫腈的残留量均低于定量限。
英文摘要[Aims] A liquid chromatography-ultraviolet detector (HPLC-UV) method was developed that allowed determination of flufiprole residue in corn samples. [Methods] The residue of flufiprole was extracted from corn samples with acetonitrile, cleaned up by Oasis HLB-SPE, and then determined by HPLC-UV. [Results] The method showed good linearity at the concentration range of 0.02-10.0 mg/kg for flufiprole with correlation coefficient ≥0.999 1. The limit of detection (LOD) and the limit of quantification (LOQ) for flufiprole were 0.01 and 0.02 mg/kg, respectively. The average recoveries of flufiprole in spiked samples with fortified concentration of 0.02,0.1, 0.5 mg/kg were between 81.3-104.3% with relative standard deviations from 4.1-5.4%. [Conclusions] At the milk stage and maturity of corn, the residues of flufiprole analysed by the method in corn were lower than LOQ.
