中文摘要 | 针对神东矿区采煤沉陷地干旱缺水、植物难以定植的特点,通过野外大田试验,研究接种丛枝菌根真菌对紫穗槐生长及其根系自修复能力的影响。结果表明,强化接种菌根提高了紫穗槐根系侵染率和菌丝密度,促进了紫穗槐的生长。接菌组紫穗槐根系的总长度、总投影面积、总表面积、总体积、总根尖数显著高于对照组,且随着接种时间延长根系各项指标增加迅速;菌根侵染率、菌丝密度和紫穗槐地上部参数(成活率、株高、冠幅)与根系指标相关参数呈显著正相关;主成分分析表明,菌丝长度、总根尖数、总根长、成活率是反映采煤沉陷地植被生态修复状况的主要因子。接种菌根缓解了煤炭开采对紫穗槐生长造成的不利影响,增强了紫穗槐根系自修复能力,促进了矿区生态系统稳定。 |
英文摘要 | Aiming at the problem of drought and water shortage as well as the characters of low plant engraftment rate in Shendong coal mining subsidence area,the effects of inoculation of arbuscular mycorrhizal(AM) fungi on plant development and root self-repairing capability of Amorpha fruticosa were studied under conditions of field.The results show that inoculation with AM fungi,not only the infection rate,hyphal density,but also the height and crown width of Amorpha fruticosa are significantly increased.The total root length,total projection area,total surface area,total volume,total root tip number of Amorpha fruticosa inoculated with AM fungi are increased compared with the controls,and these root morphology indicators develope quickly as the inoculation time prolonged;correlation analysis indicates that the relevant parameters of root index are significantly positive related to the mycorrhizal infection rate,the density of hyphae and the aboveground parameters(survival rate,plant height,crown width).Principal component analysis indicates that the hyphae length,total root tips number,total root length and the survival rate are the major factors to reflect the status of ecological restoration of vegetation in coal mining subsidence land.Inoculation with AM alleviates the adverse impact of coal mining on plant growth,enhances the ability of root self-healing and promotes the stability of ecological system in coal mining area. |
