中文摘要	探索黄龙病菌在柑橘多个品种和植株多个部位中的分布情况,可为研究该菌在植株内的侵染扩散奠定基础;调查多个果园的柑橘植株感染黄龙病的情况，可为病害防控提供科学依据。通过常规和巢式PCR检测了黄龙病菌在柑橘多个品种和植株多个部位中的存在情况，并进一步调查了龙门、阳春、肇庆、云浮等地柑橘园中的柑橘植株感染黄龙病的情况。结果发现：在砂糖橘、贡柑、甜橙、脐橙、马水橘和春甜桔中，黄龙病阳性检测率较高，而在佛手和粗柠檬中，黄龙病阳性检测率较低。在染病的植株的根茎花果叶根中均可检测到黄龙病菌，但黄龙病菌在植株内的分布并不均匀。此外，研究发现,失管果园和附近的柑橘植株携菌率很高，而老病树挖除后补栽的一些小柑橘苗的携菌率也很高。
英文摘要	Detection of Candidatus Liberibacter asiaticus in different citrus cultivars and different parts of the plant could provide refrence for the spreading research of this pathogen in plant. Investigation of the disease on orchards could provide scientific data for the control of this disease. This research detected the distribution of Candidatus Liberibacter asiaticus in different citrus cultivars and different parts of the plant, and investigated the occurrence of the disease on orchards of Longmen, Yangchun, Zhaoqing and Yunfu. The result showed that the positive detection rate of the huanglongbing disease was high in the cultivars of Shatang, Gonggan, Tiancheng and Qicheng. While the positive detection rate was low in the cultivars of Foshou and Ningmeng. Furthermore, the results indicated that infection rate of huanglongbing were high in and around the deserted orchards, and the infection rate was also very high in after-cultured citrus seedlings. These results provide useful clues and basis for the control of the disease.
