中文摘要 | 沙漠温室无土栽培条件下,采用对比试验,研究了3种灌水定额下滴灌辣椒的生育性状、光合作用和产量的变化,以确定适宜的灌水定额。结果表明,基质栽培条件下,当滴灌定额为120m~3/hm~2时,辣椒的生育性状最佳,且叶片水分利用效率(4.9058mumol/mmol)和水分利用效率(6.523kg/m~3)均最高,比滴灌定额为150、80m~3/hm~2及对照处理分别高1.23%、7.31%、7.76%和64.68%、21.65%、69.64%;当滴灌定额为150m~3/hm~2时,辣椒净光合速率最高,为13.7257mumolCO_2/(m~2·s),比滴灌定额为120、80m~3/hm~2和对照处理分别高5.65%、26.75%、50.00%,但基质槽底部有积水现象。综合考虑,沙漠温室无土栽培条件下,膜下滴灌灌水定额以120m~3/hm~2为宜。 |
英文摘要 | The changes of growing characters,photosynthesis and yield of soilless culture pepper in desert greenhouse under 3different irrigation quotas were studied to determine the optimal irrigation quota through contrast experiments.The results showed that under the condition of soilless substrate culture, the growing characters of pepper were the best,and both the leaf water use efficiency(4.9058mumol/mmol) and water use efficiency(6.523kg/m~3)were the top with the irrigation quota of 120m~3/hm~2,which were 1.23%,7.31%,7.76%and 64.68%,21.65%,69.64% higher than those with the irrigation quotas of 150m~3/hm~2,80m~3/hm~2,CK.The net photosynthetic rate was the highest(13.7257mumolCO_2/(m~2·s)) with irrigation quota of 150m~3/hm~2,and was 5.65%,26.75%,50%higher than those with irrigation quotas of 120m~3/hm~2,80m~3/hm~2,CK,but there was the phenomena of water accumulation in the bottom of substrate.Considering comprehensively,the optimum irrigation quota of drip irrigation under mulch should be 120m~3/hm~2 in the condition of soilless substrate culture in desert greenhouse. |
