中文摘要 | 以分布于准噶尔荒漠的木地肤为材料,研究了木地肤种子在4个温变周期(5/2℃、15/2℃、25/15℃、30/15℃,光12 h/暗12 h)下以及0.0~4.0mol/L NaCl溶液中的萌发。结果表明:木地肤种子萌发的适宜温周期为30/15℃和25/15℃,萌发率均大于85%;低温周期(5/2℃、15/2℃)明显抑制种子的萌发。低浓度的NaCl盐溶液(≤0.1mol/L)促进木地肤种子萌发,有一定的增效效应;小于0.6mol/LNaCl盐溶液对种子累积萌发率(≥80%)无显著影响;NaCl浓度大于1mol/L后,随着盐浓度的增加,盐度与萌发率呈显著负相关关系;盐胁迫解除后,种子具有一定的恢复萌发能力,随着盐浓度的不断增加,种子的恢复萌发率逐渐下降;在NaCl盐溶液高达2.0、4.0mol/L时,恢复萌发率为36%和39.6%。 |
英文摘要 | Kochia prostrata (L.) Schrad. is a half - shrub native to the arid and semiarid regions of Russia, central Europe,and the eastern Mediterranean. It is an especially desirable forage for big game browse. The ability of seed germination is closely related to the salt concentration and temperature regime in soil of natural environment. In this research,K. prostrata,distributed in Junggar desert,was selected to study the effect of NaCl and temperature on germination of K. prostrata seeds germinated at 4 temperature regimes (5 /2℃、15 /2℃、25 / 15℃、30 /15℃, 12 h light / 12 h dark) and under a range of concentrations from 0. 0 to 4mol /L. The results were as follows: The suitable thermoperiods for germination of K. prostrata seeds were 30 /15℃ and 25 /15℃, and the germination percentage > 85%. Low temperature significantly inhibited seed germination. Low concentrations of NaCl solution (≤0. 1mol /L) stimulated the germination,and have synergistic effect. The final seed germination percentage of seeds under < 0. 6mol /L NaCl concentrations was not significantly different (> 80%). However,as the salt concentrations increased to 1mol /L,germination percentage decreased with increasing of salt concentration and there was a negative correlation between them. After allaying the salt stress,seeds had a partial germination recovery. The germination was decreased with the increasing of salt concentration. The observed recovery germinations under 2mol /L and 4mol /L salt concentration were 36% and 39. 6%,separately. |
