中文摘要 | 黄土高原春小麦产量一直受西北地区特殊的气候条件限制,以往研究多注重从定性上探究光合生理特征对气象条件的响应,未涉及其变化的阈值,且由于光照对光合生理特征的影响已相当明确,在此基础之上,通过大田试验,着重探讨了光合生理特征对空气温湿度的响应及其阈值。结果表明:抽穗期净光合速率(P_n)与空气温度(T_a)成负相关,灌浆期P_n与T_a成二次曲线相关,P_n阈值为6.98mumol CO_2·m~(-2)·s~(-1),阈值温度条件T_a为23℃。P_n在半干旱地区T_a阈值较其他地区低。净光合速率(P_n)与空气相对湿度(RH)成正相关,抽穗期相关系数R=0.817(P=0.000),灌浆期相关系数R=0.772(P=0.000),均达到极显著水平(P≤0.01)。蒸腾速率(T_r)对T_s和T_a及RH的响应趋势与P_n相似。抽穗期P_n和T_r对微气象因子的敏感性高于灌浆期。 |
英文摘要 | In semi - arid regions of northwest China,the main factor affecting crop growth is moisture,meteorological factors are also very important. Spring wheat is one of the major crops in the northwest. It is meaningful to research the response of physiological characteristics of spring wheat to climate and environmental factors in northwest semi - arid rain - fed regions. Field experiments were carried out at the Dingxi Arid Meteorology and Ecological Environment Experimental Station of the Institute of Arid Meteorology of China Meteorological Administration ( IAM,CMA) in 2010. Spring wheat ( Triticum aestivum L. ) was chosen at the heading and filling stage. Photosynthetic characteristics were measured by LI - 6400 portable photosynthesis analyzer in vivo monitoring of plant. The meteorological factors were recorded at the same time. And then,the relationships among them were explored. P_n ( net photosynthetic rate of spring wheat) was positively correlated with SWC( soil moisture) at root depth. P_n and T_s ( soil temperature) were related into quadratic curve. The same trend occurred between P_n and T_a ( air tempreture) . Within a certain range of 23℃,P_n increased with T_a increased,and beyond that range the net photosynthetic rate decreased with temperature increase. The optimum temperature of net photosynthesis in loess plateau was lower than other region. Also,the net photosynthetic rate was positively correlated with air relative humidity. The trend that transpiration rate respond to soil temperature,air temperature and air humidity were similar to net photosynthetic rate. |
