中文摘要	以不同种植年限的紫穗槐根际和非根际土壤为试验对象,采用 Tiessen 等修正后的 Hedley 土壤磷素分级方法,对其有效磷、全磷及不同形态磷组分进行了分析研究。结果表明,不同年限根际土壤有效磷含量均高于非根际土壤。从无机磷含量特征可以看出除了 H_2O-Pi(水溶磷)和 Conc.HCl-Pi(浓 HCl 提取无机磷)外,其余无机磷均是 Y_(60)的含量最高。不同形态磷:除 Y_(28)的 NaHCO_3-Po(0.5 mol/L NaHCO_3提取有机磷)外,其他株龄的 NaH-CO_3-Pi(0.5 mol/L NaHCO_3提取无机磷),NaOH-Pi(0.1 mol/L NaOH 提取无机磷),NaHCO_3-Po,NaOH-Po(0.1 mol/L NaOH 提取有机磷),Conc.HCl-Po(浓 HCl 提取有机磷)含量均是根际高于非根际土壤相应磷指标含量。根际土壤有效磷与 Dil.HCl-Pi 和 Conc.HCl-Po 含量显著相关(P <0.05),H_2O-Pi 与 Total-P 含量显著相关(P <0.05),根际和非根际土壤有效磷与 pH 值和根际全磷含量相关性均不显著(P >0.05)。
英文摘要	The rhizosphere and bulk soil of Amorpha fruticosa established in different years were studied. Available phosphorus (P), total P and P fractions were analysed using the method of Hedley which was a soil P classification method revised by Tiessen. Available P levels in the rhizosphere were higher than those out of the rhizosphere. The Y_(60) had the highest inorganic P content than the other except for H_2O-Pi and Conc. HCl-Pi. The NaHCO_3-Pi, NaOH-Pi, NaHCO_3-Po, NaOH-Po, and Conc. HCl-Po in the rhizosphere were higher than those in bulk soil in different aged Amorpha except for NaHCO_3-Po in Y_(28). Available P in the rhizosphere had a significant relationship with Dil. HCl-Pi and Conc. HCl-Po. H_2O-Pi and total P had a significant relationship. Available P and pH in the rhizosphere and out of the rhizosphere did not have a significant relationship with total P in the rhizosphere.
