中文摘要	采用新疆博格达山北坡荒漠草地土壤调查取样与室内分析相结合的方法,分析自由放牧和围栏封育下草地土壤微生物量碳和土壤养分的变化,探讨了长期围栏封育对土壤的影响。结果表明,与自由放牧草地相比,围封7年可显著增加0-10cm土壤有机碳、碱解氮、速效钾和有效磷含量,以及10-20cm土壤全氮含量(P<0.05)。围封7年相同土层微生物碳含量均显著大于自由放牧,表明土壤微生物量碳对围栏封育较为敏感,可作为衡量土壤有机碳变化的敏感指标。
英文摘要	The combined methods of soil investigation sampling and lab analysis were explored on desert grassland in the North slope of Bogurda mountain.The variations of soil microbial biomass carbon and nutrient were analyzed under the free grazing and fence to investigate the influence of long-term fencing on soil quality.The results showed that, compared with free grazing, the content of soil organic carbon, available nitrogen, available potassium, and Olsen-P of fence for seven years significantly increased in the 0-10cm layer, and the content of total nitrogen significantly increased in the 10-20cm layer.The soil microbial biomass carbon content of fence for seven years significantly exceeded that of free grazing at the same soil layer(P < 0.05).Soil microbial biomass carbon was more sensitive to fence which could be used as a sensitive indicator to measure changes of soil organic carbon.
