中文摘要	晴隆县当前普遍存在人畜共粮、牲畜青绿饲料不足等问题,极大地影响了种草养畜的效益。为了进一步挖掘种草养畜的效益潜力,笔者对晴隆县当前种草养畜存在的问题进行了调查与分析,提出充分利用晴隆县优越的雨热条件发展"周年高效供青"的饲草生产模式,转变传统的农业种植结构,将为晴隆县带来巨大的经济效益、生态效益和社会效益。
英文摘要	Livestock shares a part of grain as feed source and lacks of green feed, gradually became a common problem in Qinglong County. The efficiency of the planting grass for raising livestock was significantly affected. Through representative investigation and analysis, the author proposed taking full advantage of the superior rain and heat conditions of Qinglong County, forming a system of agricultural area grass industry. The mode of year round forage supply was in order to improve the overall efficiency of grass industry. And grass industry system could produced huge economic, ecological and social benefits for Qinglong County.
