中文摘要	以新疆五一新镇的城市排水规划为例,运用低影响开发与绿色基础设施的理念,探讨了一种崭新的制定干旱地区排水规划的方法。根据干旱地区气候、地质、植物习性等方面的特点,因地制宜地制定合适的排水体制,并以雨水利用理念为基础重新构建排水规划的框架,实现非常规水资源的有效利用,在保障城市安全、节省投资的同时丰富城市景观。
英文摘要	Taking the drainage planning of Wuyi new town in Xinjiang for example, a new method of drainage planning in arid area was proposed based on low impact development and green infrastructure theory. According to the climate, geology and plant habit in arid area, an appropriate drainage system was developed, and a drainage planning framework was rebuilt based on the rainwater utilization concept. This will build a fully landscaped drainage system which can use unconventional water resource efficiently, save investment significantly and protect urban safety from waterlogging disasters.
