中文摘要	基础教育新课改中的科学课程实施已近十年,但由于对科学课程缺乏正确的认识,在升学考试中又失去足够的导向作用,加之课程资源匮乏,教师队伍质量不高、数量不够,导致目前科学课程实施的困境:无地位的辅科、教学资源严重缺乏、教学过程荒芜、教学评价缺失等。为此,应该从加强对科学课程的正确理解、变革升学考试制度、多渠道深入进行课程资源开发、从专业化角度加强对教师的培养入手,完善科学课程的系列学理建设,转变教师教育观念,改变教师的知识结构,提升教师的专业能力,树立教师的专业精神,使课程实施落到实处。
英文摘要	The reform of science course in the new curriculum of fundamental education has been implemented for nearly ten years, but, owing to the lack of correct understanding about it, the guiding role has been lost in the entrance examination, curriculum resources shortened, the common framework of teacher lowered, and the quantity of teacher lessened. There is an embarrassing situation in the free status of the secondary subject, the serious lack of teaching resources, the deserting of the teaching process, the lack of teaching evaluation, and so on. Therefore, we should implement the curriculum effectively by strengthening the correct understanding about science course, reforming the entrance examination system, developing the curriculum by multiple channels, strengthening the training about the teachers, improving the science curriculum in the theory construction, changing the concept of teacher education and their knowledge structure, enhancing the teachersprofessional capacity, and establishing the of teachersprofessionalism.
