中文摘要	耕地是人类生存的重要载体,耕地的集约利用关乎国家粮食安全。针对目前耕地集约利用评价中存在的问题,本研究在PSR评价模型基础上构建由3个子系统,24个指标组成的耕地集约利用评价综合指标体系,同时引入协调度模型及波尔模型建立耕地集约利用综合评价模型,在此基础上,以2000~2009年武威市耕地为例做了综合评价。评价结果显示,由于武威市耕地集约利用内部协调度比较低,武威市耕地集约利用仍处于较低水平。因此,武威市必须通过提高人对耕地集约利用的认识、适当增加对耕地的投入来协调其耕地集约利用的内部矛盾,以提高其耕地集约利用水平。
英文摘要	Cultivated land is an important carrier of human existence, and the intensive use of cultivated land relates to national food security. Currently, the research of cultivated land intensive use only focuses on the single element of farmland, the research of the persistence in the process of cultivated land intensive use and people’s cognitive level on the cultivated land intensive use is low. Considering the problems of current arable land intensive use assessment, this study builds on the PSR assessment model and consists of three sub-systems and 24 indicators about the intensive use of cultivated land comprehensive evaluation index system. At the same time,the introduction of coordination model and the Bohr model is to create arable land intensive use integrated assessment models. On this basis, a comprehensive evaluation is carried out on the cultivated land of Wuwei City from 2000 to 2009. The results of evaluation show that, due to a relatively low internal coordination degree of cultivated land intensive use in Wuwei City, the intensive use of cultivated land in Wuwei City is still at a low level. Therefore, Wuwei City must coordinate the internal contradictions of cultivated land intensive use by appropriately increasing the investment of arable land and improving people’s cognitive level on the cultivated land intensive use, and finally, raise the level of arable land intensive use.
