中文摘要	陇东盆地水资源匮乏严重制约着经济的发展,近年探明陇东盆地白垩系洛河组地层赋存巨厚地下淡水,这对缓解该地区水资源短缺有实际意义。如何合理地开发利用深层地下水资源,成为亟待解决的问题。在分析陇东盆地深层承压水水文地质特征的基础上,讨论了深层地下水的更新能力、含水介质的水力特性及地下水资源开采实质等属性特征和深层地下水的可利用性。通过对典型水源地的参数求解、解析法试算等探讨了陇东盆地深层地下水的开采。陇东盆地白垩系深层地下水资源开采虽以消耗弹性储存量为主,但地下水储量丰富,开采条件好,可适度开发利用;同时,提出分散部署中、小型水源地,采用分阶段、分区域的开采方案,最后对开采井的成井工艺和深层地下水的保护措施给出建议。
英文摘要	Longdong Basin underlying complex aquifer is a large-scale sedimentary basin with arid climate and closefisted mean annual precipitation in Southwest of Ordos basin and eastern area of Gansu Province,where abundant mineral resource is present and one of the important components of national energy base. Water resources shortage is restricting economic development. A thick underground fresh water is exploration proved in recent years,this will effectively alleviate to shortage of water resources. How to rationalize the exploitation of deep groundwater resources become a problem to be solved. Update capabilities,aquifer pore characteristics,exploitation amount and availability of the cretaceous deep groundwater are analyzed based on the hydrologic geological characteristics of confined water in Longdong basin. Development and utilization of deep groundwater are discussed by Solving Parameters and Analytical method of trial etc in typical groundwater field. Pointed out that resources exploitation of Cretaceous deep groundwate to consume elastic storage capacity,but it is a modest development and utilization because of rich reserves,good mining conditions. Moreover,put forward Distributed deployment middle-sized,small groundwater field,by stages,the regional exploitation scheme. Finally,paper give some advice for Mining well drilling technology and Protection measures of deep groundwater. And expecting reference value for rational exploitation of the deep groundwater in Longdong Basin.
