中文摘要	Palmer指标可以较准确地描述干旱的强度,但当各个月份或季节降雨量不均衡时,由于干旱指数综合了各个月份降水的盈余或短缺,使得其弱化了灾情,通过改进方法,引入了马利科夫判据与Palmer指数结合的方法分析干旱特征。分析利用东北半干旱地区辽宁省朝阳地区19522011年期间60年的日降水量、气温等气象数据,进行干旱特征分析,结果表明:引入马利科夫判据与Palmer指数结合的方法分析干旱特征方法正确、客观。该方法进一步对Palmer指数分析结果补充判断,有效辨别出60年的试验数据中1959,1960,1963,1993,1999年5个年份原始判定为正常旱情的年份,能够客观地反映实际旱情特征。
英文摘要	Palmer Index can more accurately describe the intensity of drought, but when each month or season rainfall is not balanced, the condition of disaster will be weakened because the index integrates the surplus or shortage of rainfall in each month. The improved method of combining Malikov criterion and the Palmer index to analyze the characteristics of drought is introduced. Sixty years meteorological data, including daily precipitation, temperature, etc, from 1952 to 2011, in northeast semi arid region-Chaoyang of Liaoning province were used to analyze drought characteristics. The results show that the proposed analytic method is correct and objective. It complements the judgment of Palmer analysis by discriminating the drought characteristics of the 5 years including 1959,1960,etc. among the 60 years experimental data from the normal years according to Palmer alone, and it can objectively reflect the actual drought features.
