中文摘要 | 通过测定库布齐沙漠腹地达拉特旗火力发电厂附近沙地中不同年代人工结皮和下层土壤中重金属和营养元素的含量,旨在研究生物结皮富集重金属和营养元素的能力,富集结果及空间差异性。通过单因素方差分析(ANOVA)和比较,得出以下结论:在水平格局,结皮中的重金属和营养元素含量表现为:Cr>Pb>Cu>Cd和C>K>N>P的顺序关系,相同发育年代结皮中的重金属和营养元素含量均表现为:藓结皮>藻结皮>物理结皮;不同发育年代结皮中各种重金属和营养元素含量均表现为随着发育时间的增加而增加;在垂直格局,各类型结皮中重金属和营养元素含量均表现为随着土壤垂直深度增加而降低。 |
英文摘要 | In sand - land ecological systems,there are wide - spread biological soil crusts which have an important function in the ecological systems.In this study,the heavy metal and nutrition element contents in artificial biological and physical crusts of different stages were measured in the vicinity of Dalate Thermal Power Plant in Kubuqi Desert to analyze the influence of physical soil crusts and different types of biological soil crusts and under 10cm soil (S) in different developmental stages upon the ability to accumulate heavy metal.The results showed that the contents of various heavy metals and nutrition elements increased each year with the increasing of the developmental time of biological and physical crusts of different stages,and decreased with increasing of the soil depth.Comparing of the heavy metal and nutrition element contents in the biological crust and physical crusts of the same stage revealed that moss crusts(MC) > algal crusts(AC) > physical crusts(PC),suggesting that the heavy metal enrichment of MC was greater than that of AC and PC.For types of heavy metals in soil crusts,the contents displayed the following sequence as Cr > Pb > Cu > Cd,and for types of nutrition elements, the contents showed one as C > K > N > P.One factor analysis of variance (One - way ANOVA) demonstrated that the difference significance (P < 0.05) of the four heavy metal contents in MC of different stages was greatly lower than that in the AC and PC,the contents of Pb and Cd in all kinds of biological crusts and physical crusts of the same stage were significantly different(P < 0.05) in between crusts and S,while the contents of Cr and Cu were complex in significantly different in vertical content.In different stages,two heavy metal contents(C and N) in MC were difference significance (P < 0.05),and three heavy metal contents(C,N and P) in AC and PC were difference significance (P < 0.05).The contents of C,N and P in all kinds of biological crusts and physical crusts of the same stage were significantly different(P < 0.05) in between MC,AC and S,while the contents of N were significantly different(P < 0.05) in between soil crusts and S,As for C,their contents were significantly different(P < 0.05) only in the 2002 and 2003 sample plots of different crusts,while the contents of K were no significance difference in between soil crusts and S.Meanwhile,biological crusts accumulated the heavy metals selectively.They less likely accumulated K and more likely enriched P. |
