中文摘要 | 通过实测的冬小麦整个生长阶段的叶片光谱与其SPAD值,分析了二者的变化规律,比较了15种高光谱指数与SPAD值的相关性,最后确定不同生长阶段估算小麦叶片SPAD值的最佳植被指数。结果表明:冬小麦叶片SPAD值在整个生育期内的变化规律显示出先升高后迅速下降的趋势,最大值出现在灌浆期;通过15种植被指数与叶片SAPD值的相关性比较,在拔节期,优化的土壤调节植被指数(OSAVI)与冬小麦叶片SPAD值的相关性最高,其模型精度为0.74;在孕穗期和开花期,叶面叶绿素指数LCI与SPAD值的相关性最好,其模型精度为0.72和0.79;在灌浆期R700与SPAD值的相关性最佳,其模型精度为0.70;在乳熟期红边位置REP与SPAD值的相关性最好,其模型精度为0.69。 |
英文摘要 | Leaf chlorophyll content is an important parameter for the evaluation of wheat growth and it is of great significance to achieve rapid,non - destructive,accurate chlorophyll content estimation. The variation of the winter wheat canopy spectra and SPAD value in different stages were analyzed,and the best vegetation index to estimate wheat leaf SPAD at different growth stages was finally decided by comparing the correlation between 16 kinds of high spectral index and SPAD value. The results showed that the winter wheat SPAD value increased at first and then decreased rapidly and the maximum occurred at grain filling stage within the entire growth period. By comparing the correlation between 16 kinds of high spectral index and SPAD value,there was a high correlation between optimized soil adjusted vegetation index (OSAVI) and winter wheat SPAD value at jointing stage and a quantitative model was established,its accuracy was 0. 74; There was a high correlation between leaf chlorophyll index (LCI) and winter wheat SPAD at booting and flowering stages,and their accuracy were 0. 72 and 0. 79. The same as R700 at filling stage and REP at Milky stage,their accuracy were 0. 70 and 0. 69. Thus, technical support is provided for dynamic monitoring and managing winter wheat at the different growth stages. |
