中文摘要	建立了固相萃取-高效液相色谱法同时测定化妆品中丙酸氟替卡松、曲安奈德、醋酸可的松、地塞米松、氢化可的松和泼尼松等6种糖皮质激素的新方法。样品用甲醇超声提取后,经Oasis HLB固相萃取柱净化,采用Nucleodur C_(18)色谱柱(5mum,250 mm*4.6 mm)分离,以甲醇-乙腈(60∶40 V/V)和水为流动相进行梯度洗脱,使6种糖皮质激素得到有效分离。被测激素在定量范围内均呈良好的线性关系(r≥0.9990),平均加标回收率为81.8%~96.1%,相对标准差3.3%~6.4%,检出限为0.78~1.12 mug/L。
英文摘要	A new analytical method based on solid phase extraction coupled with high performance liquid chromatography was established for simultaneous determination of 6 glucocorticoids including fluticasone propionate, triamcinolone acetonide, cortisone acetate, dexamethasone, hydrocortisone and prednisone in cosmetics. Cosmetics samples were extracted with methanol under ultrasonication, and then cleaned up by an Oasis HLB solid phase extraction column.The 6 glucocorticoids were separated on a Nucleodur C_(18) column (5mum,4.6 mm*250 mm) by gradient elution with methanol-acetonitrile (60:40, V/V) and water as mobile phase. In the quantitative range, the calibration curves of 6 glucocorticoids showed good linearity with the correlation coefficients larger than 0.9990. The detection limits were in the range of 0.78~1.12 mug/L. The average spiked recoveries ranged from 81.8% to 96.1%, with the relative standard deviations (RSDs) of 3.3% to 6.4%.
