中文摘要	为定量评价禁牧政策下盐池县草地沙漠化逆转过程的综合效益,本研究选取了对沙漠化正逆发展过程影响较大的自然和社会经济影响指标,应用层次分析法构建模型,模拟研究了目前盐池县所实施的禁牧政策对草地沙漠化逆转过程的影响程度,并进行定量化的初步评价。研究结果表明,完全禁牧后,盐池县草地沙漠化逆转过程的综合效益明显优于自由放牧情景,生态效益、经济效益与社会效益均呈升高趋势,表明禁牧政策基本实现了预期效果,但禁牧政策同时也带来许多问题,后禁牧时代草地应如何管理值得进一步研究。
英文摘要	Ecological protective policy have obvious effects on the development and restoration of land desertification process.To understand the effects of the prohibiting grazing policy on desertification restoration, Yanchi County was selected as a case study to conduct an eco-economy benefit evaluation of prohibiting grazing policy.The analytical hierarchy process method(AHP)was used to build models.Both natural factors and human factors which importantly related to desertification process had been considered in the index system of the AHP method.The results showed that after the implementation of prohibiting grazing policy,the comprehensive benefit,including the ecological,economic and the social benefit,of desertification restoration was significantly higher than that of continuous grazing situation.The prohibiting grazing policy basically realized the expected effects,however it caused with many problems.How to manage the grassland after prohibiting grazing is worth further studying.
