中文摘要	中国著名科学家钱学森在1984年提出了发展沙产业的理论构想后,沙产业历经多年的探索实践和发展。分析了沙产业概念,论述了发展沙产业的重要意义,总结了沙产业理论体系构建过程和实践进程。沙产业理论的发展经历了农业型沙产业理论、生态型沙产业理论、生态经济型沙产业理论和知识密集型沙产业理论4个阶段,沙产业的实践经历了启蒙萌芽、探索实践和快速发展3个阶段;指出了沙产业的发展前景,沙漠拥有丰富的资源,发展沙产业是沙漠地区开发的战略抉择,发展沙产业为人类开辟了新的生存空间,可促进人与自然的和谐相处,沙产业的发展开拓出了一条治理与开发结合、治沙与治贫兼顾、生态环境和社会经济协调发展的可持续发展之路。
英文摘要	Deserticulture experienced many years of exploration and development in practice.Qian Xuesen,a famous scientist in China,put forward the theoretical system of developing deserticulture in 1984.We,in this paper,analyzed the concept of deserticulture,discussed the significance of developing deserticulture,and summarized the development processes of deserticulture theoretical system and practice.The development of deserticulture theory experienced four stages: from agricultural deserticulture theory to eco-deserticulture theory,to eco-economy deserticulture theory,and to knowledge-intensive deserticulture theory.The deserticulture practice experienced three stages from enlightenment,to exploration and to rapid development.There are rich resources in desert areas in China,so the development of deserticulture is a strategic choice for the desert area development.The development of deserticulture has opened up new living space for human and can promote the harmonious coexistence of man and nature,and the development of deserticulture can exploit a sustainable development road,which combines protection and development,coordinates desertification combating and poverty combating,harmonizes socio-economic development and ecological environment protection.
