中文摘要【目的】通过对果实不同生长发育阶段轮台白杏光合特性的研究,为干旱区高温、高光照、低空气湿度绿洲灌溉条件下轮台白杏的优质丰产栽培提供理论依据。【方法】采用Li-6400XT便携式光合测定仪在坐果期、着色期、收后期测定轮台白杏的光合生理参数。【结果】果实不同生长发育阶段轮台白杏的光补偿点(LCP)介于29~124mumol/(m~2?s),光饱和点(LSP)介于873~1 355mumol/(m~2?s),最大净光合速率随着果实的生长发育呈现上升趋势,但净光合速率日变化均呈双峰曲线,有光合"午休"现象。【结论】轮台白杏随着叶片的逐渐成熟,光能利用能力同步增强,在收后期达到最大。在高温、高光照、低空气湿度条件下,轮台白杏的光合"午休"主要是由气孔因素引起的。
英文摘要【Objective】The purpose of the research was to provide theoretical basis for high quality and high yield cultivation of Armeniaca vulgarisluntaibaixing under the condition of high air temperature,high illumination intensity,low air humidity and irrigation in arid oasis through the analysis of photosynthetic characteristics at various phenological stages of fruit development.【Method】Portable photosynthesis instrument,Li-6400XT,was used to measure the photosynthetic physiological parameters at fruit-set period,coloured period,fruit harvest period of A.vulgariluntaibaixing.【Result】The light compensation(LCP)points of A.vulgariluntaibaixing were between 29 and 124 mumol/(m~2?s),and the light saturation points(LSP) were between 873 and 1 355 mumol/(m~2?s) at various phenological stages of fruit development.The maximum net photosynthetic rate showed a rising trend with the fruit growth and development,but the diurnal changes of net photosynthetic rat were all two-peak pattern curves while the photosynthetic nap phenomenon was presented in these curves.【Conclusion】As the leaves of A.vulgari luntaibaixing gradually matured,the ability of using light increased synchronously.The ability of using light was the strongest at the harvested period.Under the condition of high air temperature,high illumination intensity,low air humidity,the photosynthetic nap of A.vulgarisluntaibaixing was mainly influenced by stomatal factors.
