中文摘要	建立了液相色谱串联质谱测定牛奶和奶粉中6种大环内酯类药物(螺旋霉素、吡利霉素、竹桃霉素、替米卡星、红霉素和泰乐菌素)残留量的分析方法。采用乙腈提取目标物,OasisHLB固相萃取柱净化提取液,液相色谱-串联质谱测定,外标法定量。牛奶中6种大环内酯类药物的检测低限(LOQ)为1mug/kg,奶粉的LOQ为8mug/kg。6种分析物在0~100mug/L的浓度范围内呈良好线性,线性相关系数>0.992。方法在三个水平的添加回收率在81.5%~96.1%之间,相对标准偏差在3.29%~9.96%之间。方法回收率高、重现性好,适用于牛奶、奶粉等样品中大环内酯类药物残留的定量及确证检测。
英文摘要	A sensitive liquid chromatography - tandem masss pectrometry method(LC - MS/MS)was developed for the simultaneous determination of 6 macrolides including spiramycin, pirlimycin, oleandomycin, tilmicosin, erythromycin and tylosin in milk and milk powder. The analytes in samples were extracted with acetonitrile. The extractions were purified on Oasis HLB column, and LC - MS/MS analysis was performed by positive ion electrospray ionization applying multiple reaction monitoring for each compound. The limits of quantitation(LOQ)of 6 macrolides were 1mug/kg in milk and 8mug/kg in milk powder. The linearity was satisfactory with a correlation coefficient>0. 992 at concentrations ranging from 0 to 100mug/L. Average recoveries of the analytes fortified at three levels were range from 81. 5% to 96. 1%, and the relative standard deviations were range from 3. 29% to 9. 96%. It showed to be suitable for quantitative analysis and confirmation of the macrolides residues in milk and milk powder.
