中文摘要	坎儿井作为我国新疆各族人民在长期生活中,为适应干旱地区的自然环境而创造的一种地下水利工程或灌溉系统,是农业文化遗产的重要组成部分。文中基于联合国粮农组织(FAO)对全球重要农业文化遗产项目价值标准的解释,分别从生物多样性和文化多样性、与自然和社会环境的协同适应性、对区域可持续发展的促进作用三方面,分析了新疆坎儿井的农业文化遗产价值。在此基础上,剖析了新疆坎儿井保护利用现状及存在的主要问题。最后,从农业文化遗产的视角,提出新疆坎儿井保护利用的若干对策:提高公众保护意识,加强立法与制度建设,积极推进"申遗"进程,适度发展旅游业,构建多方参与机制等。
英文摘要	As an underground hydraulic engineering or irrigation system to adapt to the natural environment in arid region,karez was created by the ethnic groups in their long-term life of Xinjiang in China,which was an important part of agro-cultural heritage.Based on the standards of the Globally Important Agricultural Heritage Systems by FAO,the author analyzed the agro-cultural heritage values of Xinjiang karezes from the three aspects,such as the diversities of species and cultures,the coadaptation to the natural and social environment,and the promoting function to the sustainable development of region.And then wer pointed out the present situation and problems of Xinjiang karezes.In perspective of the agro-cultural heritage,the thesis put forward some countermeasures of the protection and utilization of Xinjiang karezes finally,these are: enhancing the protectional awareness of the public,strengthening the system and legal construction,pushing forward the process of applying for the world cultural heritage actively,developing the tourism appropriatively,establishing the multi-stakeholders collaborative mechanism,and etc.
