中文摘要	应用固相萃取及高效液相色谱-串联质谱技术,建立了医院废水中12种磺胺、4种喹诺酮、3种四环素以及罗红霉素和甲氧苄氨嘧啶等21种抗生素的定性定量方法。水样经HLB小柱萃取富集,使用10%甲醇溶液净化,经甲醇洗脱定容后,以高效液相色谱-串联质谱多反应监测离子模式(MRM)对目标物进行分析。在优化实验条件下,21种抗生素的线性范围为1.0~500mug/L,相关系数r~2>0.99,方法检出限为0.005~0.022mug/L。在加标量为0.05mug/L和1.0mug/L时,空白加标回收率分别为71%~105%和76%~111%,RSD均小于15%。以医院废水为基质,21种抗生素的加标回收率为71%~135%,RSD小于25%。该方法简捷、快速、准确,能够实现医院废水中多种抗生素药物残留的同时分析。
英文摘要	With the employment of solid phase extraction and high performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry(HPLC-MS/MS),a method was developed for the determination of 21 antibiotics,including twelve sulfonamides,four quinolones,three tetracyclines,roxithromycin and trimethoprim,in hospital wastewater.In the acid condition,target compounds were enriched with Oasis HLB column and purified with 10% menthol.The analytes were eluted with methanol,and subsequently quantified by HPLC-MS/MS under multi-reaction monitoring(MRM) mode.Under the optimal conditions,the calibration curves of all 21 targets were linear in the range of 1.0-500 mug/L with correlation coefficients more than 0.99.The spiked recoveries at two levels of 0.05 mug/L and 1.0 mug/L were in the ranges of 71%-105% and 76%-111%,respectively,with relative standard deviations(RSDs) less than 15%.The method detection limits varied between 0.005 mug/L and 0.022 mug/L.The average recoveries of 21 antibiotics in the hospital wastewater samples ranged from 71% to 135%,with RSDs less than 25%.This method was simple,rapid and accurate,and could meet the requirements for monitoring on antibiotics residues in hospital wastewater.
