中文摘要	为了解贵州典型喀斯特地区土壤动物的生态分布和石漠化对土壤动物群落的影响，于2008年8月对贵州顶坛、簸箩和石桥等地的土壤动物及部分土壤因子进行了调查。结果显示，研究区的土壤动物以节肢动物门的种类占优势，优势种类群是猛蚁亚科、甲螨亚目和奥甲螨科。随着纬度的增加，土壤动物种类数、个体数量、类群数呈现增加的趋势。土壤动物群落在水平分布上的差异与人类干预生境的程度和石漠化治理的生态效应差异有关，在垂直分布上，土壤动物呈现表聚现象。在0~5cm土层，土壤动物的种类数、个体数量分别与土壤pH、全氮、全磷和有机质含量呈负相关关系。研究表明，喀斯特地区环境较为复杂，土壤动物群落分布和与环境因子的相关性还有待进一步研究。
英文摘要	To understand the ecology distribution of soil fauna and the impact of rocky desertification upon the community structure of soil animals along Dingtan, Boluo and Shiqiao in Guizhou Province, the soil fauna and the part of chemistry factor of soil were investigated in August 2008. The results show that in these area there are rich soil animals species which dominanted by the arthropod species. Ponerinae, Oribatida and Oppiidae are dominant groups. With the rising of latitude, species numbers, individual numbers and group numbers of soil animals were increasing. The differences of soil fauna in the level distribution is closely related to the degree of habitats intervened and the ecological differences of rocky desertification controlling, and soil animals trend gathering to the surface of soil in the vertical distribution. In addition, there are a negative relationship about species number, individual numbers of soil animal and contents of pH, TN, TP and OM in 0-5 cm soil layer. Therefore, the distribution of soil fauna and relationship between soil animal and environment should be further investigated in varied karst environment.
