中文摘要	目的　建立全血中扎来普隆的固相萃取/气相色谱检测方法。方法　采用OasisHLB固相萃取柱,5%甲醇水淋洗,二氯甲烷洗脱,GC/NPD定量检验,GC/MS定性检验,并对检测条件进行考察。结果　扎来普隆与血中杂质分离良好,平均萃取回收率达89%以上,最低检出限20ng/mL,50~2000ng/mL内线性良好,相关系数R2=0.9945,日内 RSD为3.1% ~4.2%,日间RSD 5.8% ~6.7%。结论　该方法操作简便快速,提取回收率高,重现性好,提取物杂质少,可用于实际案件的检验。
英文摘要	Objective To develop a method of zaleplon blood by solid phase extraction-gas chromatography in human.Methods Purifying by using Oasis HLB solid phase extraction column,washing by 5% methanol-water and escaping by dichloromethane,quantitatively detecting with GC/NPD and qualitatively analyzing by GC/ MS.Results Zaleplon and impurity in blood were separated well.The mean recovery rate of zaleplon in human blood was over 89% ,the limits of detection was 20ng/mL.The linearity relationship was excellent between 50 -2 000ng/mL and the linear correlation coefficient was 0.9945.The inter-day precisions was 3.1% ~ 4.2%and intra-day precisions was 5.8% - 6.7%.Conclusion It can be concluded that the method may be used in forensic toxicological analyses,due to its simple and quick operation,high recovery rate,good repetition,and clean extraction.
