中文摘要	【目的】以库尔勒市为研究对象，对库尔勒市新一轮土地利用规划中的土地利用结构变化对生态系统服务价值的影响进行分析。【方法】运用Costanza的生态系统服务价值计算方法，在现有生态服务价值参数研究基础上，进行参数修正，结合敏感性指数分析。【结果】研究期间库尔勒市耕地、园地、林地和其他土地占很大比重，林地不断增加与其他土地的减少是研究时段内土地利用变化的主要特征；耕地、园地、林地、其他土地的ESV均有较大变动，不同类型土地单位面积的ESV差别较大。其基本分布规律为高于310~9元的地区主要集中分布在西南和西北的库尔勒市直管区范围内；2.510~9~3.010~9元的区域主要集中在西部和东南部；中等服务价值的地区主要集中在库尔勒市中心城区和中心城区周围的主要乡镇范围；生态服务价值小于210~9元的地区以库尔勒市直管区北部为中心。【结论】通过对库尔勒市各类土地利用面积变化进行预算，库尔勒市将来10a生态服务价值出现减少的趋势，主要是建设用地的增加，草地和未利用等土地的减少所引起的，今后土地利用结构优化过程当中应重视各类土地结构变化。
英文摘要	【Objective and Method】This paper, taking the western typical arid Korla City as the research object, aimed to analyze the effect of land change in the new round layout of the city’s land on the ecosystem service value by using Costanza ecosystem service value calculation method to amend the unit area of the land use on the basis of the research of the existing ecosystem service value parameters combined with the sensitivity analysis.【Result】 From 2009 to 2020, cultivated land, orchard and other land accounts for a large proportion of the total land. The main characteristic of land use change is that the forest land is increasing while the other land use is decreasing. The ecosystem service value of cultivated land, orchard and forest land has changed a lot, and the ecosystem service value of unit area is different in different regions. Areas with high level services value were located in the southwestern and northwestern plains of Korla City. In these areas, the main land use types are forest land and grassland. Areas with 2.510~9 - 3.010~9 services value were located in western and southeastern plains. The middle level service value is almost centralized in the center of Korla City. Areas with low level services value were located in the northwestern plain. 【Conclusion】During the recent ten years, the ecosystem service value of Korla City will decrease, the main reason of which is that the increase of the residential land and decrease of grass land and unused land. From this, it is concluded that the land change in the optimizing process of land use structure must be given a due attention to in the following ten years.
