渭北旱塬土壤的生化活性指标

中文摘要采用非缓冲液法,对渭北旱塬长武试区25个土样中影响碳、氮、磷、硫等循环的7种生化活性进行测定,并借助相关分析和主成分分析探讨土壤酶活性与土壤肥力关系。结果表明,供试土壤酶活性变化幅度较大;脲酶、脱氢酶、呼吸强度变异系数较大,对外界环境变化反应较为敏感;转化酶、脲酶、磷酸酶、脱氢酶、呼吸强度和芳基硫酸酯酶与大多数理化性质达显著或极显著正相关,说明此6种生化活性在一定程度上可表征土壤肥力高低;对土壤酶活性与理化性质进行主成分分析,获得土壤肥力信息系统也可较好揭示土壤肥力水平差异;土壤总体酶活性TEI与土壤性质也达到了较高相关水平,尽管其相关系数略低于主成分获得的综合得分,但由于其没有单位量纲,计算简便易行,相关性较好,因此可作为土壤肥力水平监测指标之一。
英文摘要Soil enzymes,as major component in soil,play an important role in nutrient transformation,energy metabolism,soil fertility monitoring,etc.it was needed to study because their relationship was not consisted to monitor soil fertility levels between soil single enzyme and soil fertility.By no-buffer method,seven biochemical activities affecting the transferring of carbon,nitrogen,phosphorus,sulfur were investigated in Weibei arid land,The relationship between soil biochemical properties and fertility was analyzed with correlation and principal component analysis(PCA).The results showed that the soil enzyme activities change remarkably to a large extent.The variation coefficients of urease,dehydrogenase,and respiration intensity were larger than the others,which indicated that they were most sensitive to environmental changes;Activities of soil invertase,urease,phosphatase,dehydrogenase,respiration intensity and arylsulfatase were significantly or extremely significantly related with most soil physic-chemical properties,which demonstrated the six biochemical activities could monitor soil fertility.The soil information system obtained by PCA could be better to reflect difference of soil fertility levels;The newly constructed Total Enzyme Activity Index(TEI)had good correlation with soil properties.Although the correlation coefficients of TEI with soil properties were slightly lower than that of composite scores,TEI could be used as a efficient index to monitor soil fertility due to simple calculation and good correlation as well as without unit dimension.
