中文摘要	[目的]探讨不同水分条件下,牛粪+小麦秸秆混合腐熟物与沙化土不同配比基质及灌水量对甜瓜生长和品质的影响,筛选出适宜甜瓜生长的基质配方和灌水量,为沙化地区日光温室利用沙化土和农业废弃物进行有机基质栽培提供参考。[方法]以厚皮甜瓜一品天下208为试验材料,采用盆栽方式,以纯沙浇灌营养液为对照,研究了补充80%(B1)、100%(B2)、120%(B3)日蒸腾蒸发量3种灌水量,以及牛粪+小麦秸秆混合腐熟物与沙化土 (体积比分别为0.75∶1(A1),1∶1(A2),1.25∶1(A3),1.5∶1(A4))4种基质配方组合对温室甜瓜植株生长及果实品质的影响。[结果]在相同灌水量条件下,基质配方A3处理的甜瓜单株叶面积、净光合速率、果实品质及单果质量均高于其他3个配方处理;在相同基质配方条件下,灌水量B3处理的甜瓜产量最高,而灌水量B1处理的甜瓜果实品质较好。[结论]在土壤沙漠化地区温室甜瓜生产中,将牛粪+小麦秸秆混合腐熟物与沙化土按体积比1.25∶1配比和补充灌溉120%日蒸腾蒸发量耦合,有利于甜瓜产量的提高;而与补充灌溉80%日蒸腾蒸发量耦合,有利于甜瓜果实品质的提高。
英文摘要	[Objective]The experiment studied the influences of different prescriptions,which were made up with different ratios between sandy-soil and humus mixture material of wheat straw and cattle manure,on plant growth as well as fruit quality and yield under different irrigation quantities,and selected organic appropriate prescriptions and irrigation quantity to provide theoretical basis and technical parameters for organic matrix cultivation with sandy soil and agricultural waste in arid areas.[Method]With potted pachycarpous muskmelon plants in greenhouse as the experiment material,the experiment investigated the influences of 80%(B1),100%(B2)and 120%(B3)of ET of irrigation and different ratios between sandysoil and humus mixture material of wheat straw and cattle manure(sandy-soil∶humus mixture material of wheat straw and cattle manure was 0.75∶1(A1),1∶1(A2),1.25∶1(A3),1.5∶1(A4))on plant growth,fruit quality and yield.[Result]The result showed that,the leaf area,photosynthetic rate,fruit quality and weight reached the maximum with the A3 treatment under the same water irrigation.With the same ratios between sandy-soil and humus mixture,the plant shape and yield of B3 treatment was higher than that of other treatments,but the fruit quality of B1 treatment was better.[Conclusion]The organic prescription of A3 (sandy-soil:humus mixture material of wheat straw and cattle manure=1.25∶1)is good for plant and yield quantity under 120% of ET of irrigation.And its good for yield quality under 80%of ET of irrigation as well.
